This pharmacy would rather send you to the hospital than let you switch medications. I was told to go to the hospital when a new script was setting right there. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Samantha G. Doesn't have the disposition to deal with the public, she is rude, very rude.I see in another review someone else has the same opinion. The pharmacist was cool but Sammi don't like her job. I get most of my prescriptions mail order, the ones that are called in to a pharmacy will be going elsewhere. I have no desire to deal with this kind of BS!

They denied me my medication several times because they said it was to early even though my Dr approved them. This pharmacy needs to be looked into. To many people have been denied access to there medication because they want to play god. I will make sure every social media platform news outlet and etc is aware of there carelessness.

I was denied my prescription refill by the PHARMACIST!
I am a quadriplegic under the care of an extensive medical team. My body has EXTREMELY bad muscle spasms which are managed by medication- a cocktail I’ve perfected with the help of my DOCTORS, yes, plural doctors! But, this pharmacist, who’s never met me, knows nothing of my condition, took it upon themselves to deny my refill a few days early (I have a pill planner, I realized I was down to my last few pills and requested my refill). My doctor even called to clear it, and they STILL refused. This wasn’t even an insurance issue! Just the pharmacist playing “god” with my health. I ALREADY have to fight my way through this life- I don’t need to fight for my spasm medication as well. For goodness sake- it’s not even a serious drug. Thankfully I found a wonderful new place with a very kind pharmacist who took the time to call me, read my chart, and fill my meds without a fuss.
Do better. You’re not a doctor. Quit dictating things you know nothing about.

Samantha was very rude and unprofessional. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to answer her questions. She rolled her eyes. She was so impolite. We will not be back.

I made an appointment online a week in advance. Got my confirmation email and appointment reminder email, only to show up and be told they hadn’t bothered letting me know they didn’t have it and still need to order it. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I hate to give this pharmacy a low review because it used to be very organized, friendly and on top of everything. I have been waiting over a week for my medication. I've constantly had to call between the doctor's office and pharmacy because the pharmacy claimed there was not a DEA number on the script. Then they changed their explanation and said there was a DEA number, but they said they needed a supervising physician's DEA number. They were informed by my doctor's office that they were mistaken and did not need the supervising physician's DEA since my script is not a narcotic. The meijer Rx app notified me that it was finally filled and ready for pickup at 4pm today. I got here an hour later and found out it was canceled! (For the same reason that they would not fill it the first time!) The link to where it said it was filled had expired and no one had bothered to call me before I drove here to pick up my medication. The Meijer Rx app didn't notify me that it would no longer be ready either. Not filling it, filling it, then putting it back was very wishy washy and I don't have time to mess with this for my refills that I will need. I will unfortunately probably be switching pharmacies. I try to be patient and understanding of mistakes because I know this job is hard....but I used to work in a pharmacy and I know how this one is being run isn't acceptable. Please get it together, Meijer.

I'm so thankful for meijers. They remind me when it's time to refill my medicine, they are very helpful with questions I have. The staff are professional and friendly.

The only time I have waited for a prescription is when the manufacturer was out or in route. Yes I did check Walmarts Pharmacy..Great pharmacists they really know what they are doing. 10 stars here.. They saved me as my doctors gave me 2 counteracting meds and they caught it ..Thanks Nick !
