No dress shoe of any type for women. All casual sandals, casual slip ons and tennis shoe styles. Staff nice and friendly. I noticed some other clothing options available.

Wonderful staff! Anthony was incredibly helpful and insightful, even when 4 other buying groups came in after us and he was the only staff for the night.
I came in looking to get a "back up" pair of hiking shoes in case I couldn't find a pair I liked anywhere else. Ended up with a pair that I'm breaking in for an Iceland trip, as well as two other pairs of shoes! Anthony was great, not pushy, and made it a great experience for me.

I was looking for a wide size shoe. The one I wanted wasn't in the store in my size. The clerk ordered it for me and it was shipped to my house. Thank you for the extra help

Very friendly staff. Really like the trail gloves for my outdoor running. I wish there was a bigger selection. The gentleman that helped me was great and got exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend that store. Clean and neat, find things easily.

My mother and I were recently at the Birch Run outlets to purchase some shoes before we headed up north. We apparently for got to pack shoes with us for our trip and we were on a time limit and could not turn back, so we decided to stop at the mall to get a few pair on our way. First and foremost, we did not realize that the mall did not open until 10:00am. The associate that was opening that day was sweet enough to let us in with NO questions asked a few minutes before the store was even suppose to open. Even better, they had a sale going on buy one pair and get the one half off or two half off. We explained to the associate what had happened. She immediately showed us a few selections. But the best part was that she actually got a few shoes for us, took them out of the box and displayed them for us to try. Service is a HUGE thing to come by these days and she went way out of her way to give ensure we not only got great customer service, but individually took the time to assist us personal because she seemed to care about our time as well. We both bought shoes and did not expect to be so quick. We love the friendliness of the staff, their professionalism and going out of their way to personal make the experience a good one. We will definitely be back to purchase again. Great leadership goes a long way and good customer service like that is hard to find in retail these days. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience
