I went into the store to get my watch fixed. Craig greeted us soon as we walked into the store. He instantly knew what I was coming in for because I had a box in my hand. He begin fixing the watch and did it in minutes. I purchased an item while I was there. Great customer service every-time I shop here.

I had an exceptional experience at the Michael Kors store, thanks to Ashton! I came in with a damaged product. Ashton greeted me with a warm smile and immediately put me at ease. He listened attentively to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
Ashton’s professionalism and product knowledge were impressive, and he patiently guided me through the exchange process. He truly made me feel valued as a customer, ensuring that I left the store completely satisfied.

Horrible customer service!! I came in with my husband and two daughters just to look around. Never once was I greeted or asked if I needed help. Instead I was followed around by the same employee and treated like I was going to steal something. Every time I picked up a bag or turned a corner the same employee would be right there watching me. Very insulting to a paying customer!!

Went into the store tonight looking at purchasing new handles for my purse since they were fraying. The manager, Ashton said it was a defect but all’s they has was gold and black where my purse was silver and black. They were not getting any more handles in my color. Do you know what he did? Exchanged my purse for a new one-even after it being over a year old! Since they didn’t have my size, 1 size smaller I also got in store credit! If I could give more than a 5 star I would! Thank you Ashton for going over and beyond for giving top notch customer service! I will be a Michael Kors customer for LIFE!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDES !! My husband, baby and Mother in Law all walk in hoping to find some new purses, for us to not be greeted and we were the only customers in there we see why now !! That’s not even the worst part we walk around the store for a few minutes to employees just talking amongst each other like we don’t even exist. So we left and decided to buy purses from Coach that’s down the way from them.
