We use to like coming here but it’s very clear that because the staff does absolutely nothing about excessive noise later into the night that more and more people who would be kicked out of other campgrounds for noise and partying come here. Twice now we’ve been stuck in an insanely loud group of people partying into all hours of the morning. Over it.

It’s sad that for such a gorgeous and peaceful little campground, they have such atrocious staff (customer service). We ordered 7 bundles of wood to be delivered and an older gentleman quickly got off his golf wagon and said “leash that dog or leave” referencing our tiny toy poodle. We had literally JUST stepped out of the vehicle to unload/unpack and our poodle stood calmly at my side. Meanwhile, an intoxicated gentleman from across the way had his large retriever running all over the road and was not spoken to in this encounter.
The restrooms are very dated. Many of the toilets in the women’s room were filthy at 6:40 pm. The showers are coin operated. I haven’t seen that in years! We brought our eight year old son and were shocked to see such a lackluster playground with no other amenities at all for children. What a shame. For such gorgeous space, sell it to people that care and want to invest in creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere with some fun outdoor playscape for kiddos. 10/10 would NOT recommend this campground-especially if you are bringing a child or a dog with you.

This was a decent park close to Frankenmuth. They could use some dog poop stations. But all hook ups worked. We visited the office for a map on Frankenmuth but they said they didn't really have any brochures.

The staff at Pine Ridge is worse than awful! The only response they know is : “it is against the rules”. They conveniently forget what they tell you and when you remind them of what they said, they call you a liar! Customer Service, what is that? They will let you know in no uncertain terms that they are doing you a favor to let you stay at their Rv park.

Great quiet park. Every site is full hookup. Mature trees has the state park feel. Town is just up the road great area. Reasonable rates.

This campground is very outdated. The employees have serious attitude problems and they are looking to grab an extra penny anyway they can. We have been coming here 15 years but this may have been the last based on how horrible the management behaves and treats people who are paying to keep their gates open. Maybe a smile would be nice it is a campground after all you’d think they’d have a little bit of a smile to their guests

This large, very old park is located about 5 miles from Frankenmuth.
The sites are large with both back in and pull through full hook up sites. Set in a forest of large trees, a mix of evergreen and deciduous trees. The bathhouse is dated and cleaned regularly. The pay showers are $0.25 for 4 minutes. You can not regulate the flow or temperature and we found it to be too hot at first. There appear to be many seasonals at the back of the park.

No wi-fi, no pool, no dog park? NO PROBLEM!!!! Perfect location, close to everything, prices fair, and friendly staff. Bathroom/showers are clean, property is clean, and you can tell the staff is looking at/cleaning the bathroom/showers several times a day. Great job giving us a great place to camp. Thank you.

Great campground lots of tall trees 🌳 for great shade. Awesome full hookup make this the absolute best. Going back in the fall.

This was a great RV park. You weren’t packed in like sardines as in most private campgrounds. It has beautiful trees and woods. Nice sites. Full hook ups. Very close to Frankenmuth.

Not safe for parcel delivery at all! The office manager Karen is rude and doesn’t allow the guest staying to have their packages delivered.

Very nice campground. Everyone was friendly. We were have trouble getting our camper on the site we were given. They were so nice about switching our site and making sure we got into the new site ok. The campground is quiet, and there is a playground for the kids. Every site is full hookups. They have pull through sites, and back in sites. It's very close to Antique shops, birch Run, and Frankenmuth. We had a great weekend thank you!

While we were spending a week at the campground the trucks service engine soon light came on, so we drove it right to the local GMC dealership in town. almost 5 days later we were still without a truck and no loaner cars from the dealership. This is where the campground came in. We were supposed to check on Monday morning 12:00 but still no truck. Kept the office notified about the situation and they were very grateful in letting us stay past our check time. Here Here to the all the office staff at the campground :)
