“The owners and staff are great people. Nice clean units. After my dad passed away I needed some time to get my things out of the unit along with a financial issue and working full time 3rd shift. They were very understanding and willing to work with me during this time. They allowed me extra time to remove belongings from the unit without extra charges which they rightfully cojld have charged me. They did not have to do this but they were easy to work with and understanding during this time. We need more businesses and business owners like this in the community. Thank You Very Much!”
“The owner from the start has been amazing. I had a series of unfortunate circumstances and had to store my entire house which includes 5 children. I was in an "a act of God" accident which lead to me being unemployed for several months. I fell behind on the payment for storage and it was due for auction. I was desperate not to lose all of not only my belongings but those of my children. In a desperate plea after gaining employment but close to auction date I pleaded with the owner to hold off until my first check. After communicating with him was willing to postpone the auction of my storage unit until my first check. For this reason I give this business a 10 star if possible. I highly recommend Mt Morris self storage !!!!!!!!! ❤️ PS: sorry for the long review but I felt explanation was deserved for a 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I was renting unit 4 I was in a bind had to move n no where to put my belongings i researched every bit of storage units and came across this one here my belongings didn't get wet didn't smell like storage did not have bugs or insects I really appreciate the ladies in the office they made communication a breeze worked w me in late payments and welcome me back w open arms now if that's not quality customer service I don't know what is i definitely will be back of I further need storage”
