I would never buy anything from Suski's thanks to TJ Thomas Emery. He wasted my time and gas. I drove 3 hours and ordered a trailblazer I seen online. My husband told him we were paying cash and if he couldn't get it for $30,000 we would be wasting his and our time. When the car came in he told me it would be $32,355 but with some rebates he could get it to$30,606. I was so happy. I drove home got everything he asked me for. But the Costco rebate was no longer good.But if I could get a title to a 2009 or newer chevy he could take $750. Off. I told him We only own 2020 jeep and a 2022 Dodge. He said you don't know anyone who has a chevy. My brother does. So I called as I was infront of TJ. He said his is a 2009 and I could have a copy if it gets me $750. fast forward to today I get to Suski's after my 3 hour drive and he says the price is $32,000 I said even with everything. He looks at me as if I was a child and says this title isn't your address! I said you told me Anyone's and I told you I didn't have any chevrolet. He said well it won't work. I said so you wasted my time so I guess I should walk away. He said I guess you should. I know he had someone else that he was selling this car to and they were probably going to pay the $32,000 or more.I left there so upset and I hope that Mr. Suski knows that his employee is a lier and cheat. I would do 0 stars but it won't let me.

I wouldn't bring my dog to this place. They are lazy won't put you on a bed pan let the patients lay & use bathroom in the bed. People will attack you at night dementia patients no sitters for them. The owner is a Doctor & he should be closed down. Don't even pay the workers right. Not enough workers.

They had my car for 4 days to tell me what I already told them the problem with my car. Tried saying my husband burnt the wires in the Fuze box, which when we towed our car back home there was no burnt wires at all. They didn't even look under the hood, charged me over 400 dollars. They like to rip people off and highly don't recommend them at allService: Auto engine diagnostic

I went to Suski with good faith and trust to purchase a reliable used vehicle. My whole family has purchased cars with Suski so I felt safe and comfortable. I explained that I have kids and my husband is active duty military and gone 360 days out of the year (if we’re lucky) and I’m in school and work and need a reliable car that is safe for my kids and I. I was told the vehicle I was looking at was extremely reliable and safe with only one previous owner (who was friends with the owner) and it had been well maintained and had nothing wrong with it. One of the owners even made a point to come out and tell me how great the vehicle was and that I was making an excellent choice. Five months later, the vehicle just wouldn’t start. I had it looked at and was told there was a recall and it would be fixed, no big deal. I had the part replaced and 2 months later it completely died in the middle of a busy intersection. Now, the transmission is blown and I’m stuck with no vehicle. As I said, it’s me and 2 kids and I have no way to get to work, to school, or get my kids to school. I called the dealership and spoke to the used car manager and explained the situation. Although I was not offered a warranty, I was hoping there would be something or some kind of help they could offer being I purchased my vehicle less than a year ago and as I stated before my entire family has been frequent customers. It definitely felt like they didn’t care and I was told I would get a call back that day. Four days later and I haven’t t heard a word. I’m super disappointed in their customer service and their lack of empathy and assistance in a hard situation. They have lost a lot of business from myself and family members. I understand the risks of buying a used vehicle and it’s really a “luck of the draw” situation. However, I was confident and felt safe with purchasing a vehicle from Suski and now I am over disappointed in the outcome of my situation and their “help”. If I could, I would give zero stars.

I recently bought my 2018 Chevy Equinox from Suski. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Even purchased his own truck from them. I had been working with Stuart for a couple days before the appointment. I told him my budget and what I wanted to look at. He was very kind and answered my questions. I was a little disappointed when a car I test drove and fell in love with turned out to be in a different price range then I assumed. Mistakes happen.
