Horrible customer service!! No one offered up any type of help and when asked where something was they just pointed. After finding the item, walked to the cash register area, asked the lady at front is this where we check out she just grab an item that was on the counter and walked away to put it away. So I noticed a sign that said exit so I walked over to the other side and noticed both side of the sign said exit. So walked back to where we were at first and that lady was ringing up the lady that was behind us instead. Asked about the military discount at the register and was ignored and there was a sign on the window. Not a place I would go back too based off today's experience, wouldn't have bought the item based off today either. But it was a special request for a gift.

The employees were super nice and one sweet lady showed me a pair of boots I bought. But sadly have to return them, because they're not working out after all.

I went in looking to replace my favorite jacket with a new one in a different color. While they did have similar jackets, I couldn't justify the price even at an outlet store. And the quality didn't seem the same as my current jacket. I'm thinking its because my jacket came from a regular location and not outlet, so it's just a bit nicer than the outlet version. They did have a lot of nice clothing items though, just not what I needed.

Went into this store the day after cyber Monday 45 minutes after they opened & rack of coats at the front of the store were signed 60% off. When I found one of the same coats in the back and asked if they had a different size in stock, the guy working told me those were in the wrong spot in the back of the store (even though the rack at the front said 60%) and those were only 40% off. Walking out I noticed he had changed the sign at the front to 40% off. Maybe get your signs right before you open for the day?

So many stores are empty now but the Carter's kids clothing store was great and had so many great deals I was able to get more than I had planned to for all 3 of my grandsons. They do now have lots of antique shops.

All the employees were standing in the back just talking g to each other. They had one person greeting at the door and 1 on the register but the other 4 were just hanging out not helping anyone trying to spend there money.
