Just bought a house in the area. Plumping needed some fixing up and was looking for a hardware store. They were closed so I went to home depot. They didn't have what I wanted / needed so I cobbled something together only to have it fail. Next morning I walked in and was warmly greeted. I explained my problems, they found what I needed and I was out the door real quick. Went back a few days later for something else. Awesome place.

Had my basement flooded and came to rent a snake drain for $100. Loaded it and took it to my house. Only to find out the snake wouldn't work for my problem. Returned it barely a hour later and they still charge me $75. I didn't even use it.
I just moved to Birch Run and this is not a great way to start with the town.

All you would hope for in a hometown hardware and more. Great inventory, excellent advice, friendly staff. I have used them for both a new furnace and a new central air unit. Very good prices, extremely competent technicians. I highly recommend them.
