Wolverine Home Inspection is the best! I’ve used many home inspection company’s over the years and Wolverine Home Inspection smashes the competition. Mike is professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable with homes. Also, I really appreciated his patience in discussing results of the inspection and attention to detail with our concerns. Mike is a solid guy and takes great pride in top notch customer service, which is harder to find these days. In addition, he responds very quickly to calls/texts and is easy to schedule an inspection with. Top notch service and an excellent communicator. I'm a first time home buyer, and I've asked Mike to come to do inspections twice.He is very informative, and pays great attention to detail. He had answered questions I didn't even know to ask!He definitely put my mind at ease with understanding the basics in home care. Mike even showed me how to work the gas fireplace in the living room.I, personally, recommend Mr. Mike Davis and want to thank him for being part of such a major decision of buying our new home!

Mike was able to get an inspection scheduled for me on short notice and when I inquired about services beyond the normal inspection matters he discussed it with me and talked me out of it based on my specific situation. I respect that he did not try to upsell me on the added services. He did a good job explaining his findings and making some suggestions during the inspection that I would not have thought of. I also appreciate that his website includes a sample of his inspection report so that I knew what to expect. Would absolutely recommend Wolverine Home Inspection to anyone and would hire again for myself.
