I was due to upgrade to an iPhone from Android and the latter finally gave out. The upgrade was easy but the AT&T data breach meant I needed to prove identity before getting the new phone: 3 Days. But Devin Manley and his crew were the BEST - patient, empathetic and knowledgable. Despite the hassle beyond their control, they took control and did everything possible to make the transition and get us with the right people in Corporate. Deeply appreciated, true customer service.

The manager Devin Manley was completely unprofessional he treated my 83 yr old mother with such disrespect and carried himself in manner of uninterest. Frankly ATT&T should be embarrassed to have him as an employee let alone a manager. As an ATT&T customer for over 27 yrs I was shocked at the service he provided. To sum it up. Devin Manley is a DISGRACE TO YOUR COMPANY

Devin is a true asset to the ATT organization!! I recently lost my mother and was looking to switch the phone and internet service out of her name. It was an emotional task to begin with and I had went to two other Att stores that displayed extreme a lack of providing a basic level of assistance. As a final attempt I called the Birmingham location and Devin took my call and told me he would absolutely help me get the account settled. When I arrived he took the time to apologize for how I was treated at the other two locations and assured me that he would be able to assist. The main take away is that he could tell I was distressed trying to complete this business on behalf of my deceased mother and he was amazingly kind to me. As we spoke while this service was being switched over I mentioned how much I loved Earth, Wind and Fire and he steamed a EWF song for me on the stores music system! I wish I could duplicate his level of service and attention to the smallest detail and put him everywhere I conduct business. Thank you again Devin, you are a rare Gem!!
