As an avid car enthusiast and very particular about workmanship, details and cleanliness I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Auto Europe.My recently serviced car is rare and requires special knowledge and tools. The technical expert that worked on it is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about his work. Which translates into attention to detail and handling my car like it was his own.Front office staff is equally friendly and enthusiastic. Eager to share experiences and connect like-minded car people.Very pleased to give Auto Europe my recommendation and my business going forward.

I've been an Auto Europe customer for a few years now and have had my Evora in a few handful of times– everything from routine fluids to help with aftermarket motorsports parts, continued track alignments and harness installs.It's great having a shop that combines niche support for Lotus (and the other mfgs they cover) and are also knowledgeable and enthusiastic (I recommend their events/track days) about track prepped cars. The consistency is also really important; Michael M. handles my service management every time now and knows the car well, as do their techs. I love not having to explain all the quirks of my setup, they just know what to do!

Picked up my car. Drove it less than a mile. Hood popped up smashed my windshield and significantly damaged my hood. They refused to take responsibility despite multiple admissions of guilt. After taking it back to them they were obviously were trying to angle to avoid responsibility. They even asked if I had other work done on it. They offeree to pay for my deductible and I would be willing to bet had I accepted they would have jacked up the prices of parts and labor to get money from the insurance company. I will reporting them to the BBB and filing a complaint with the Michigan State Attorney General's office

BEWARE! I normally do not write review but I absolutely have to in this case. This company's incompetence and disregard for safety left me shocked.First and foremost, let's address the most alarming issue I encountered: the hood of my partner's car popping open while driving, resulting in the complete destruction of my vehicle. The repercussions could have been catastrophic not only for me but also for everyone else on the road. I cannot stress enough the gravity of this situation and the potential danger it posed to safety. Literally this happened right after we picked it up. It is utterly unacceptable that Auto Europe failed to ensure the proper functioning and secure closure of my car's hood, leading to this life-threatening incident.When we approached Auto Europe with my valid complaint and the evidence of their clear negligence, I expected them to take immediate responsibility and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging their fault and offering a swift resolution, they shamelessly refused to pay for the damages themselves and said we should go through insurance and they would pay the deductible. That in itself showed that they knew they were to blame. Their blatant denial of responsibility is not only shocking but also showcases their complete lack of integrity and customer care.

I had a great experience with Auto Europe. My car had several scratches and they were repaired beautifully- virtually undetectable. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, especially Chris Young, the detail manager. I couldn't be happier.

I left a canned pop in my car that exploded everywhere. All over the seats, the windows, the roof, everywhere and just wiping it up didn't work. It stained the seats and everything. I took it in to get detailed and worked with Michael. He set me up, called me a few times throughout the day to let me know how it was going and what they were doing, making sure I approved any additional things they may need to do and just kept me in the loop on everything. I was able to drop it off and pick it up same day. When I went to pick it up I met Jason who did the detailing. He did an amazing job. My car literally looks like I just drove it off the lot. All the stains are gone everywhere, it's super clean and just perfect. I always look to see if anything was missed and there is nothing. No stains, dust, trash, nothing. 100% cleaned and I love it. I would definitely recommend working with Jason and Michael for all of your detailing needs. I will definitely be back whenever I need another detail. Thank you for taking my stress away and making my car look spotless.

I am in NY and found a classic Porsche 911 in the Birmingham area that I needed to do a PPI on. Auto Europe was highly recommended. Tom was highly knowledgeable and a great resource. Mike shepherded me through the process and kept me apprised of the work being done every step of the way. He was a tremendous asset to me … my ears and eyes. Based on my confidence in their in depth review of this classic 911, I am delighted that soon it will be in my driveway and I will be behind the wheel. Thanks guys.

Just when you think everyone has an idea of customer service, and the right way that things should be done, you find the outlier. In this case, that is Auto Europe. The GM of the facility is one of the least professional customer facing person that I've encountered in some time, which is echoed by others on different sites. The purpose of a GM in my opinion is to hear the customer if they have a complaint, and have a professional discussion on the concerns and a solution. Well, that doesn't apply for Auto Europe. If my points were legitimate or not is probably a longer topic, but the way in which Auto Europe decided to handle them was to be confrontational on the phone, unresponsive over email and ultimately stop returning phone calls even when I requested to speak with the owner since the GM was not cooperative. Ultimately, my experience was avoidable, but Auto Europe didn't seem to care. if you decide to go there, I would get an estimate in writing, pictures/evidence of the affected components, and then a second opinion.
