It's nice to see they keep up with the good rates, terrible customer service. Asked every question work history, occupation, payment history, they hit my credit, said i had A+ credit score got pre approval, and then was denied. 100 percent payment history. My credit is 100 pts higher than my previous loan. Terrible thank you for tapping my credit and hurting my score.

My brother passed away in December, I went into the MI United CU in Holly with the proper paperwork from the Oakland County Probate Court. Unfortunately, they needed to contact their Compliance and Attorney regarding the signed paperwork from a judge. Really?? The paperwork according to Probate was what I needed to gain access to his funds. Now I have to wait again, once to file the proper paperwork with the courts and now MI United CU attorney. If I could have given 0 stars I would have!!
To add to your response. The document I have is an actual document from the Probate Court and is the normal document for estates under a certain amount of money. Basically you are telling me that your branches never see actual court documents and I should have contacted your attorney before I went into the branch?

Courtney at the lake Orion call center was especially rude. Even when I brought it to her attention she lacked the ability to correct herself. She continued on further with her poor service. 1 star for her.

I have been a customer for over 40 years. Trying to pay a credit card bill to a different credit union. I was told 10:00 fee… for what I’ll never know.. I spoke to a teller and a manager to have that fee waived. I don’t pay fees as a loyal customer, I even get free checks which I’m quite sure is more expensive then that 10 bucks. When it was Birmingham CU much nicer customer service. I even explained that I would leave this CU if they don’t waive the fee…nope I was told. I paid the fee and then wrote a note to the CU stating the above. Wow they responded quickly. But it was to late,I was leaving this CU for another one. But 2 days later they credited my account. Please tell me why this could be done after writing a note then on the origal rude phone call? They lost an over 40 year customer over 10 bucks. What a shame? I am true to my word. Closing all my accounts and moving to another CU.

Don’t even bother. These ladies don’t care about you, your time, or money. Rude, unwilling, and disappointingly insulting to customers. Oh, and god forbid you need to call this branch for help of any kind, might just kill them to say more than a one word answer. That’s okay, they drove me right into the hands of Huntington, and they’re THE BEST!!

Lack in friendly customer service and very nosy reps of someone is going through economic hardship it’s none of your business and shouldn’t have to explain what we as customers are going through unless we feel necessary you plus your not gonna help any ways! So saying you know “it was due in December” isn’t the right thing to come back with when some is trying to make an initiative to take care of it this is the second rude incounterment that I’ve had at this credit union and its quite frustrating and rude

Have pushed us around for 3 weeks while trying to close an account. Don't open an account here and if you have one close it asap for your own sake.

I almost opened an account with them until I spoke with Sherry at the east side branch and Mary R at Birmingham. Two of the nastiest tellers. I first thought it was just Sherry then it carried over to Mary. All they wanted to do was tell me how busy they are. Save your time and effort and go to another Credit Union, you will be happy you did. It is a lot of work to switch then to be unhappy. So happy they showed how I would be treated so I could move on!!!

Until the various mergers happened and the place was still called Birmingham Bloomfield Credit Union, I couldn’t be a happier bank customer / member with them. Now tone and style dealing with members and the willingness to be there for them and to solve issues in a spirit of partnership - unlike the big banks - has changed a lot. It’s now hard to see the added value of a local place with its limitations, if it doesn’t act any more like it.

I've always loved my bank but now I'm highly disappointed that they're closed on Saturdays plus they no longer stay open until 6pm on Fridays. I literally work the same hours they operate and I have no chance to ever get to the bank now.
