Was having car trouble on a Sunday, Found out they were open and got me right in! The first service we decided to try did not fix the problem but I left it there overnight and it was ready very quicky the next morning. Please give them a try if you're in the area - very nice guys working!!

I asked Birmingham Quick Lube to fit an O2 sensor (which I had failed to complete) to my wife's F type Jaguar. As expected it was a pig of a job, but was completed within an hour or so of my dropping the car off. The price was as agreed and the check engine light was also reset for me without me having to ask.

Impeccable integrity!!! My car oil change light came on and I brought it in to have it changed. I did not have the recent paperwork from the previous oil change. They checked the system and discovered I had brought it in 2000 miles too early. They could have changed it and not told me but the drop the hood back down and told me to come back in 2000 miles.

Fast and friendly! I came by on a Sunday afternoon with a non-functioning windshield wiper, and within five minutes I was in the garage, and in another five I was back on the road with a working wiper (and refilled wiper fluid, thank you!).

Will not go here again .They put down the wrong milage on my sticker. Now my oil is black, and I need to clean out my system. When I went back and showed them.. them told me it was dark. They didn't mention the cleaning. Because they knew they would have had to step up and pay for it. I didn't let them change my oil. Go anywhere else..
