I literally can't sing their praises enough at Bridal Couture. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I had walked into the right place. They were always so helpful and caring through the process of buying and altering my dress. Nan made me feel extremely comfortable and confident through the try-on process and helped me pick out dresses that were what I was envisioning in my head. Amy was always attentive whenever I came in or called through the process and always had any answers I needed readily available. Alterations came out perfect and the dress looked perfect on my wedding day. I received so many compliments on my dress on the day of and since then. I am so glad that I had Bridal Couture beside me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Although I did not find “the dress” here, I wanted to leave a review to help future brides when selecting a store. The staff here was amazing and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. The staff truly has your best interest at heart. There is a large selection of gowns here, no doubt. Sometimes, stores may not have a sample dress on the rack that matches your vision and that’s okay- but this place should definitely be on your list to check out!

Not only did Amy and her team help me find the perfect dress, they made the overall experience so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. All the little details were handled and they made sure that my dress was ready for two events: my small wedding in 2020 and my reception in 2022. Every visit was a treat and I can’t say enough good things about this business.

I can't say enough nice things about this shop and its staff! My family and I had so much fun shopping with the Bridal Couture team. The dresses are stunning and the service is phenomenal — they go above and beyond to make the experience special. I'd give 10 stars if that were possible!

I had a fantastic experience with Bridal Couture while finding my wedding dress the other month - cannot recommend this store and the employees enough.I was referred to Bridal Couture by a friend and this was the first place I tried on dresses at. I was a nervous, but my stylist, Nan, immediately set the tone and made me feel comfortable, confident and excited.Being Birmingham, I was apprehensive that my budget (2,000-2,500) was going to be on the low end, but Nan assured me that most of their dresses fall into this price range. I am a dress size 8 and didn't have any issues with sizing. Nan let us walk around and pull whatever dresses we wanted, and she also picked a few she thought would fit my vision.I ended up falling in love with a dress at Bridal Couture but had an appointment at another shop already scheduled. Nan actually encouraged me to go so I wouldn't feel like I was settling, and told me to call her with any questions.I came back to Bridal Couture a couple hours later with the first dress still in my head and bought it. The discounts they gave me were enough to cover the matching veil.Overall, I am so happy with my purchase and the whole experience. They were so great to me and my family while we were shopping and I have never felt more beautiful. I also love that they hold onto the dress before the wedding so I know it is in safe hands.If you're looking for a place to shop - come here first!

Overall I had an amazing experience at Bridal Couture. I purchased my dress back in 2019, but my wedding was postponed three times due to covid. The salon was so accommodating in changing my appointments. I had 4 different fitting appointments and every time I felt that they really listened to my thoughts and the changes I wanted on the dress. The tailoring work was beautiful and I am so happy with the final result!

Bridal Couture was my first appointment and Amy provided exceptional service. We had so much fun and she just made the whole experience amazing. The second bridal salon I went to didn’t provide near as great of service as Amy did.I found a dress at Bridal Couture I loved very much, but it wasn’t quite “the one”. Truthfully, I almost bought it partially because of how amazing Amy was and I trusted her to take care of me all the way through the alteration process. She was very open and honest with her recommendations and I could tell she wasn't just trying to sell me something. So overall, I HIGHLY recommend going here to look for your wedding dress. The selection of dresses was amazing and the experience was phenomenal.

Although I did not find my dress here, I have to give this place its props. Nan knows her stuff. She's extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Tell her what you want and she will bring that vision alive. Worth visiting.
