Emri, at Brilliant Earth in Birmingham, was very helpful. She seemed to really care and helped us find the diamond that was just right for the bridal set that I saw on the Brilliant Earth website. She ordered the rings for us and they are to be delivered tomorrow. We highly recommend.

Had an amazing initial appointment with Emeri Rutman. She emailed beforehand and was responsive with follow up questions to ensure our appointment would be efficient and also geared towards our wishes. She went above and beyond even though we weren't ready to make a decision that day. We have a follow up appointment made and she is keeping us in the loop on getting the settings and bands that we want to try for the next appointment to make sure we make the right decision for us. She wasn't pushy at all and overall made it a great experience. We are excited for our next appointment with her and I trust that she will help us find the perfect set.

Was honestly disappointed when I walked into this store. I was looking for some gemstones that they advertised online and they had absolutely nothing for me to actually look at. When I inquired about when I could get the gemstones in to look at they informed me that it would take about 3 weeks to "track them down and get them shipped in". Then another month to get the ring finished. I kind of understand the time to make the ring, but not having stones onsite and making someone wait 3 weeks just to see them is a little ridiculous.I went to a local owned jewelry store right after I left here. They had 100's of gems for me to view right away as well as a wide selection of settings. They looked around for the exact gemstone that I wanted and had it ready for me to approve in less than 3 days. From the time I walked into the store to picking up the ring was less than 2 weeks, and this wasn't any sort of express service, this is just how fast other jewelers work. I walked away with a ring that was far more personalized, higher quality, and better priced than anything I could've gotten at Brilliant Earth.Brilliant Earth needs to step up their game.
