Awful service and long waits. The manager doesn't seem to care about that. Was in line with a broken foot for such a long time it hurt

This Bank needs to be closed. Please do not open an account in this Bank. I am a good customer, I am a businessman, and I warn you. I am very easy to get along with and I travel around two different businesses rating their customer service. My account was messed up multiple times when I opened it in which they inconvenienced me. I put a block on my account so I wouldn't get any overdraft. Because sometimes we can make a mistake. Well my account went over I didn't receive anything to let me know, and when I realized it, they taxed the life out me. And they will do beyond the minimum to help you, and you will see it in their dry attitude. Go to a bank that appreciates your business, and won't look to demolish your pockets off your mistakes, but won't penalize themselves for their own mistakes.I warn you as a good consumer, look at their stars? I should have looked before I opened my account at this bank. Now the tellers for the most part are awesome. But some of the bankers and manager is not. And they are in a beautiful neighborhood, why the two stars? It's money around the area. What's the problem? Them! Don't do it! They will rob you and treat you like garbage.

A terrible branch. Frequent atm problems. Lobby service is so so if it even exists. Drive through service is the only redeeming quality about this branch.

I have enjoyed great service at this branch, especially from one particular teller, Rebeka. However, despite the many COVID-19 precautions posted, some of the tellers do not wear masks or wear them with their nose exposed.

Time is more important to Comerica Employees. I have been refused OD protection and a basic savings acct.

Comerica charged me $117 in fees, and didn't even care when I complained. A number of years ago I opened an additional checking account at Comerica to keep my online business transactions separate from my day to day checking activity. I had a few hundred dollars in the checking and noticed a $10 fee on the checking statement. I went to Comerica and complained that the account wasn't being used much, and asked what could I do to remove the fee. Otherwise, in a few years, the account would be empty. They set up an automatic transfer that would cancel the fee that was being charged for inactivity (why an account is charged for being inactive is really beyond me, but I digress). They said I needed a minimum amount of $750 in the account to wave the fee. Ok, so I transferred the adequate amount to remove the fee. Everything's fine. This goes on for a number of years. Then this year I noticed a $13 fee on my bank statement for that checking account. I hadn't been paying too close attention to the account statements, having been lulled into a false sense of security from the bank. That was my big mistake. When I noticed the fee, I went into my Comerica branch and complained that I thought it was unfair that I had been lulled into this false sense of security. They're response was, that's too bad, you better just pay better attention to your bank statements. So, Comerica can raise it's minimum balance requirements out of the blue, and if you don't catch it, they could drain your account, and there's not a thing you can do about it. I wonder, what if you had an elderly person that wasn't paying too close attention to their accounts, or was losing their mental capabilities. The bank could and would take the person's money through new bank fees (possibly all of it). So much for that saying, "it's like money in the bank", to indicate reliability and being safe The new phrase will be, "Its like money in the bank" to indicate you better keep an eye on it, and don't trust 'em for a second. I'm not a happy customer, that's for sure.
