The store is amazing with so many gorgeous options. I wanted to buy everything in the store. It had amazing assortment of dresses with so many good beach, formal and black tie dress options. The employees were also so helpful and attentiv.

Terrible return policies…if you don’t return within 14 days you are out of luck and even then, you’re only given store credit so they force your purchase even if you don’t end up enjoying their products. The return process is also difficult, not up to today’s standards… Not cool. I’m out 300 bucks now.

BUYER BEWARE! They say returns within 14 days, but only offer store credit. Most items are out of stock or only have one size available, so I am unable to use the credit after 3 years of checking back. They show a lot of clothing but have low to no actual inventory. You can’t filter a search, so there are dozens of pages with only out of stock items. Sketchy.
So many 1 stars reviews. Don’t become one.

I've never experienced such atrocious customer service in my life. I understand policies are in place for a reason and was willing to accept store credit for my $500 dress. Despite this, they flat-out refused to send a complimentary return label, even after I pleaded. My local post office was charging me $50 to return the dress.
As someone with years of experience managing accounts and clients, I always find a way to offer a benefit or exception. Here, after explaining that I was laid off and couldn't afford to keep the dress (which was fraying, by the way), I received no assistance whatsoever.
I am utterly appalled and disappointed by their business practices. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and now I'm stuck with this dress.

Girlfriend just bought two dresses that she liked on here < 30 minutes ago, then saw the refund for store credit only, which is obviously not standard practice. We called just now, storeperson said they "checked with the warehouse and the order had been fulfilled," so there was no way to cancel it for a refund. Apparently they "fulfill orders really fast on the weekdays" so that way they can tell your package is "fulfilled" and steal your money even faster. We will never again order from here, and in the unlikely event anyone ever asks us what we thought of our purchases from Jaus, we will express our dissatisfaction with their predatory anti-consumer practices.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The excuse the storeperson gave was that "we are a smaller boutique," but this is exactly the kind of predatory practice that prevents these smaller boutiques from becoming larger or more trusted brands.

Be aware that they refuse to refund you.
They will give you store credit only. Even if not a final sale item as written in return policy. They DO NOT offer ANY REFUNDS! Poor business.

Terrible quality, terrible service highly recommend not using customer service is atrocious.
Correct the dress did not fit, I apologize for not being able to provide multiple reasons for a return as quality was one.
Your very quick to respond to poor reviews, it's a shame you don't take the same care and responsibility prior to getting a review.
Avoid using this company at all times

****Shop Jaus has rectified the below situation and agreed to provide a credit. They sent me a return label, I sent the ie back and received a gift card for my purchase. While a refund would have been best. I guess you take what you can get sometimes. I say to still beware of sizing issues.***
I wish I could give 0 stars. I am absolutely going to have to dispute the charges. I usually do not and would accept a credit, however, due to the circumstances I want nothing to do with this business any longer. I've purchased in the past with no issue. I received a dress and it is clearly not sized correctly. The dress is so much smaller than a dress previously ordered and it is actually an entire size larger. The photos show the previous order with the new order on top, the difference in size is insane! They no longer have the item so they can not exchange it. I would've been willing to accept an exchange although this item is clearly not sized correctly. For that reason a store credit should not be the solution. Please work on your customer service practices because this is no way to treat repeat customers. I ordered from you because I've ordered with you in the past although I found the dress online previously for $50 less. I spent more to show customer loyalty and still got screwed over!!
I am one repeat customer you have just lost for good. I work in customer relations repeat customers are your support system!
Do better!
