This is now my go-to place for dresses! I'm obsessed with the two sisters the label line and get so many compliments when I wear them out!Customer service is awesome, too! I admittedly had ordered a week before my event and was a little concerned about my dress arriving on time, so I sent an email and they expedited the shipping for me to arrive perfectly on time!

Quality of the dress we bought for almost 100 dollars was poor and not like website pics. Fit was not flattering and kept falling off shoulders. We had to rush and get another dress for the event .Return policy was not flexible at all, so we lost full amount. Do not recommend

There’s a reason why this website doesn’t allow full returns just like cheap stores like the dollar store and urban planet. Just think about it, only a business that does not believe in the quality of their own products would have such a policy. I ordered a $200 dress that has $20 quality. When I emailed them to find a possible solution they totally disregarded my complaint. Someone who isn’t happy with the quality doesn’t want a store credit to shop again at a store that had disappointing quality. Also, why should I take on the cost of shipping the product back and paying customs on an item I had no control over. I obviously wanted to like the dress! I don’t mind spending a lot of money on things that are worth it. My only fault in this is that I failed to do my research as I see many people have the same experience as me & I did not read their return policy properly as I was not expecting a company that chargers hundreds of dollars for product to the have the same return policy as a dollar store or cheap clothing store.

Terrible experience for any brand, let alone a high end one. Package was late, then came with $209 delivery fee (more than the dress itself) - I rejected and returned to sender, and followed up multiple times on the "store credit" they offer for returns (of course they subtract the return to sender fees, so who knows what that will be) - took a month and multiple follow ups to get an answer. This dress was for my bridal shower, and I told them that when I asked about the return credit so that I could ship the same dress to a US address (my mom's house) - couldn't have cared less apparently because they were radio silent. It's now been over a month since my original order, and the wedding shower has passed, and I STILL have no credit. I'm not sure if this is a real company or a scam, but I've reported it to the BBB and my credit card anyway. I had planned on ordering my bridesmaid dresses from here but will absolutely not anymore. BUYER BEWARE - scam company.

Walk-in. Bought multiple dresses today. Staff was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this shoppe. They have a variety of beautiful dresses, blouses, and beach cover-ups.. Shop here if you need something for date nights, beach days, a wedding, and black-tie events. There is something for everyone here.Thank you to the staff!! They are helpful and knowledgeable.

Natalie was so helpful today! She made sure I had a dressing room as soon as I got there and started finding dresses. She assisted me immensely when I was deciding between two dresses. A super friendly and upbeat employee!

If there's a zero star, I would've given them. This will be my third time returning their clothes and I cannot get out of it because they refuse to refund because they KNOW their products are cheap and they are a scam. I found the same exact dress on a different website for $40 when their website shows it at $159. Their clothes are cheap quality, the sizes are inconsistent and I am hopeless. I continue to return and hope that the next batch of clothes are better, but no luck. I cannot justify their prices but I fell for their pretty online photos. And on top of that, they wouldn't allow me to post my review on the glittery dress I ordered that gave me a rash.

Excellent customer service. An hour after I ordered a dress I found a different one I liked more. I sent an email to customer service requesting to exchange the item. They replied back to me within 10 minutes and exchanged it no problem. Item even shipped that day!

Hi everyone!! I hope you take the time to read my review regarding my recent purchase and second think about shopping online with Jaus. This business has always been a favorite of mine until my most recent purchase. I decided to order online since it was most convinent and their an hour away from my home. I purchased two dresses for almost $500 on the website. Once I recieved my package and opened it I noticed the shine was a bit much on one of the dresses and the other did not fit so I knew I would need to return them. Rather then go to the store I thought to mail it back for a refund. Turns out they only give store credit even if I bought them yesterday. I found this out after emailing them for a label. After back and forth communication and explaining my frustration they kept referring to their policy of no refunds. Their website states free shipping and returns. In my thinking at the time I thought great but hopefully I love my dresses that I ordered. If I were to walk in their store located in Birmingham Michigan and try something on I dont expect to buy it unless i liked the fit and quality. This is no difference from my online shopping experience. Obviously I have no idea if the clothing would meet my expectations until i try it on or see it.A good policy is to give customers a reasonable time to return and refund what they paid. It's a horrible feeling to plee with someone on the other end only to negotiate an outcome. I felt like Jaus wasn't a local business at this point . Management in house should have been readily available to help me rather then make me chat with someone via email. This was poorly done and I'm very disappointed in this business.

Have now had two bad experiences shopping here which is a shame because the clothes are really cute. I ordered a dress on 7/3 for a wedding I was supposed to attend. On 7/15, 10 days after placing the order, I received a call saying that the product was no longer in stock and that they could give me a store credit instead. Really inconvenient that I wasn’t notified it was out of stock for almost two weeks after placing the order. Second, I recently used my store credit from the previous order, and my order arrived today with a huge hole in the sleeve. If you have $100+ to spend on one article of clothing, I wouldn’t waste your time shopping here.

I was in a rush to find something quick. I explained my event to Hali and Maria. They were amazing! They helped me pick the perfect dress. They were so patient and honest about the dresses I tried on. I really enjoyed the two young ladies and I will be going back next time I need anything for a special evening !!!

Buyer be aware.....Jaus does not offer refunds. They offer store credit only even when ordering next day and you receive item 4 days later. i emailed to confirm delivery date and was told it would arrive two days earlier than it did. I will not buy from them again.

I have to say Maria is amazing she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect nookie dress. She was so accommodating and kind the second I walked in the store, she checked sizes and different styles for me whenever I needed. This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning.

Ordered the Gee Mini Dress and it was perfect. Material was high quality and sizing was spot on. The shipping was fast and had no issues whatsoever :) Too many people here leaving bad reviews because they didn't pay attention to the shipping timeline or return policy. Blame yourself not the small business.
