I was excited to try the caprese salami pesto wrap, I am very disappointed. Very dry, hardly any pesto, zero balsamic, and the least amount of meat (salami) I've ever had in a JJ sanwhich. Also, the pickle was inedible - soft, sour, & gone bad. Also, they forgot the sandwich on the first delivery and had to come back. Which is fine, it happens. It was just the biggest let down to wait extra only to receivesuch a sad meal.

Started the timer when I opened the door and stopped a little after the sandwich hit the counter. 1:08 is their new record! Freaky fast!

Placed an order today for 5 sandwiches. Three we paid for cheese and none of them had it. Another sandwich had zero sauce including mayo when we specified just no oil/vinegar. Given the price we paid, doesn’t seem right that the order was almost all wrong excluding the one wrap that was made right. Haven’t had this issue before at this location.

I asked for a cup for water, and the rude person said yes, as I was pointing at a Pepsi paper cup. I took the cup and was filling with water. Two or 3 workers started yellin, "those cups are for lunch combo only!""those aren't water cups" & " Those cost money!! " I stopped in my tracks, with half a cup of water. As I literally just asked one of the screamers if I could take it for water? i was really upset as I was attacked over this paper cup. That doesn't cost much, "BUT THATS NOT THE POINT." said one of the other rudesters. I asked them if I could pay for the "PAPER CUP THAT COST MONEY"and because I was so unnecessarily attacked I actually offered to return the stupid cup. That wasn't well received as they told me that I was out of control and being rude!A couple of the rude workers started putting up their hands, like they were ready to take this outside? I am completely disgusted as I had just come from a not so great appointment before grabbing lunch at this pathetic excuse of a lunch place. I will never step into another JJ. THERES ACTUALLY MORE THAT IVE NOT EVEN DISCUSSED.

I placed an order online around 11:30 AM. I know sometimes this location can be a little slower so I did not arrive until after 12 PM to pick up the order and my one sandwich still was not ready. After not receiving my order, I spoke with the cashier who said that they would immediately remake it, that it probably had gotten taken on accident by a DoorDash person, however I could not wait I have to work. I called a couple days later to remind them of the situation, and Valerie completely questioned my integrity over a $10 sandwich. I will never patronize this Jimmy John’s again, and I will be following through with corporate.

I was about to order my sandwich when I looked over at the girls making the sandwiches and I noticed one of the girls hair was touching the food, so I said something to the girl at the front and she went over to tell her, so she adjusted her hair but gave me a dirty look but I was very nice about it. I ordered my sandwich, and as I was waiting I looked back again at the girls making the sandwiches and I noticed another girl grabbed her phone, was using it and then put back in her pocket and continued making the sandwiches with the same gloves. I told the girl at the front to just forget it and refund me but she became very aggressive with me, gave me a hard time about it even though I told her what I saw. I left and I’m never going back.

Wow! I was the only person in line for 5 minutes and no one took my order, said it would be a minute or even acknowledged me. I left and went somewhere else for lunch.**Update** I sent a message to the JJs Feedback and still nothing from management. I'm guessing they don't read these reviews.

Do not order delivery. It doesn’t matter how close you live to this location. Ordered at 6:05pm and received it at 7:32pm. The food itself is okay.
