Called in a script. Went for pickup, was told “we don’t have the entire script” Wow! Disappointment and a change in the day , late for next appointment. Why didn’t they call ?Or, why didn’t they fill the partial amount ? Poor training, no efficiency. Make sure to ask specific detailed questions. Maybe use another pharmacy.

My original post was intended for the store at Maple and Lasher...not this one. This one is fine but the Bloomfield Hills store at Maple and Lasher is awful and so poorly managed....avoid it.

I will never shop at Kroger the worst customer service ever If you want to get treated like a criminal at the Customer Service window then you shop at Kroger otherwise the worst experience I took two bottles receipt one for 50 Cent and one for $.70 and she cant scan it because the machine brought it out crumbled without the barcode and she threw me out the Birmingham store Bill Bahoira 248-910-1206

I called saying I needed to have my prescription transferred from a King Soopers, explicitly stating that they are owned by Kroger and their computers are connected. After being told I was wrong a couple times, the individual I was speaking to finally checked and confirmed that I was in their system, and that they could refill my prescription.I arrived a couple hours later to pick up my prescription and spoke to the same individual. She again struggled to confirm I was in their system, treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, but finally found my information and prescription. At no point in either of our interactions did she apologize for telling me I was wrong, or admit that she had been incorrectThis was exhausting and not worth the trouble. I recommend checking out other locations for prescription refills

Thinking they are surviving on location. Wasn't too impressed. Staff I dealt with was friendly.out of quite a few items. Looks like a huge wine selection, but really not that much. The deli has done away with Kroger, private selection brand- overpriced boars head or nothing. If you try to return cart to the proper area in parking lot - probably will give your fit bit a workout.

I don't know what has happened to this location, but it has gone downhill. The staff is unfriendly (when you can find one). Good luck finding someone at the meat or deli counters - and if an employee sees you standing there all alone - they will walk right by you. Today, while I was checking out the cashier and the bagging person continued their conversation and never once greeted me, asked me a question, or said anything as I was leaving. As for the produce - it is never fresh or in large quantities. I have been going to this store forever and after today, I'm not returning. Get it together Kroger!!

I have shopped in grocery stores all over the world but none compare to the Kroger in Birmingham. First off, they never have what you need. Third world country s**** Second, the staff is straight up bizarre. Third, store management is the ring leader of the staff. Poor lady. Fourth, shop at meijer. Fifth shop at meijer. Sixth shut down this store. I would rather shop at speedway that this Kroger.

The cashiers are lazy, food is misplaced around the store and they have little product. Deli counter closes early too

I've shopped this Kroger intermittently for years, and every time I visit, I vow I'll never return. Why? Largely because of the rude staff. Most of the people who work here have a thug-like, in-your-face mentality. They'd sooner mow you down than show even an iota of courtesy. (Don't get me started on the dumpy, grumpy late-middle-age check-out woman who resembles Broomhilda from the comics.) As for the selection, the produce section is sorely lacking and I can all but guarantee you won't find what you're looking for in the organic produce section. My advice? Drive a mile or so east on Maple and visit the Kroger in the shopping center at Coolidge and Maple. It used to be a Farmer Jack. The staffers are warm, friendly and helpful, and you won't feel insulted and abused as you shop. This store isn't as well-stocked as it was before the pandemic began, but even so, it offers a far superior shopping experience to the laughable disaster at Maple and Woodward.

My medications are never ready at this location. They never acknowledge me when I stand there. They are on their phone all the time and drinking Starbucks. Very unhappy and I am signing for Medicare that takes other pharmacies not just Kroger
