I do not like this location. Very few menâs options and sizes are available. The staff is quite rude, which I mean it is Lululemon in Birmingham, it is nothing truly luxurious to act any particular way.

I shopped here a month or so ago and although I love the brand I truly do not like the staff. From the moment me and my bf walked in we were being watched/followed. Literally anything would pick up or have in my hand this older female preorder would act as if she wanted to assist me after I told her numerous of times I didnât need help I was just trying to put colors together she constantly walked up to me to take Items from me and told me she was leave them at the front for me when I was ready to check out. My boyfriend was with me and he had to run across the street to use the restroom at Starbucks due to them not having a public restroom the moment she seen him walking out the store she bolted to the front to see if he had anything in his hand. Meanwhile none of the other shoppers got that treatment in the store and we were in the store for about an hour trying on things etc. I hate to say it but unfortunately I do think it was because we were African American. Itâs sad because we spend a lot of money at Lululemon. I wanted to leave I didnât wanna purchase anything but my bf know how bad I wanted the items I had so he purchased them and we still spent $500 that day alone. I understand people are snatching And grabbing clothes and running out but donât treat every African American you see as someone whoâs looking to steal and also never judge a book buy itâs cover. Just because someone might look like they donât have money doesnât mean that they cannot afford high end items. I definitely will be shopping at the somerset location moving forward.
The only one who was helpful and polite was the male worker that was working the dressing room.

I had the best customer experience with Brooklyn today. She was so patient and kind. I was in a rush and pretty frantic and she did an excellent job getting me out of the store in time to make it to my grandpas doctors appointment and was so kind when I came back to get more items. Honestly she made my hectic day so much easier. 10/10

My 17 yr old son had a terrible experience with the young ladies at the Birmingham Mi store on 12/30/24. He came into store was never greeted and asked the girls if they had belt bags? One rudely replied.... It's in the back!! Never showed him where, never smiled and made him feel very bad!! They looked at him as if he wasn't a paying customer and ruined his experience. You need to tighten up your customer service and treat everyone as a valued customer!! Worst customer service ever!! They continued conversing and looking at him with disgust! Unreal... those girls need to check themselves.

I had an amazing representative named Aly or Ali help me on 12/28/24! She was so knowledgeable about the mens pants and joggers and spent so much time me about the fabrics and fit! Sheâs a keeper and I really hope management sees her potential and contributions!!

Kelsey, the manager was so helpful. My mom is picky with shoes and she helped her find the perfect pair and she even got her to buy a few other items as well.

The males were extremely polite and helpful. However, the attitudes of the female employees are in needed of adjustment. Iâve never experienced such rude and nasty attitudes at any lululemon except for this one. The cashier looked at another employee and rolled her eyes because of an elderly customer. Disgusting and disgraceful.
10/24 @ 2:15pm is when I visited.

If things donât improve, this store might be headed in the wrong direction. To the staff: if youâre struggling to meet customer needs or provide the service you were trained for, it might be worth thinking about whether this job is the right fit. Maintaining the brandâs reputation should be a priority for everyone here.

Called this place for 2 day regarding my online order I purchased and sent to the store. I was expecting more from this location. When I came in the store to pick up my order, who I believed to be the manager saw me come in empty handed and stand in line. Looked at me more than once and did not even greet me nor ask if he could help. Just stood behind a clothing rack and watched. I decided to just get out of line and go over to the fit room area because atleast they were getting serviced. Thank you to the lady that helped me with kindness after I expressed to her how I had been calling and no has answered. I over heard someone ask another employee , âdid you take a call regarding a hatâ âim sure they didnât because no one could get through to these people via phone. Will not be shopping at this location no time soon. Customer service is under expectation.
