We had a very good experience in this store. Brian was so helpful and patient. He went above and beyond to assist us in selecting the perfect colors for our hose. He offered valuable insights and suggestions and he has extensive knowledge of paint designs, finishes, and color combinations.

I’m not really understanding the former reviews of the Birmingham store, but I can only assume they have a new manager and all new employees because I had the BEST experience ever! I am VERY pleased and will return for future projects on our new home.Ashley was awesome-very professional and very efficient. I also had a very positive interaction with Matt in the store. I went to this store for help choosing colors. Brian was FANTASTIC! He took a lot of time to show me some great color combinations and give advice. He was sooo helpful. Brian was very knowledgeable about colors and undertones, what works best etc. I can't say enough good things about working with him. Thank you Brian!

Always, always get great service at the store in my hometown. They might be people with more complicated requirements than mine, but I've always been treated with great respect, patience, for my sometimes endless questions, and the customer service reps always offer to carry my paint to the car

The staff year was very nice and friendly, and they do have a good variety for the small location that they have. they really only had the basics so don't go try looking for something particular like a stain I was looking for that other locations had, but not this one.

This Sherwin Williams provides good customer service and has a helpful staff. They are great in matching paint colors and providing answers to general paint questions.

Starting out by saying Eric and the level of customer service I received from him and the team is the reason for my 5 star rating. In short- Had an issue with a vendor sherwin Williams represents. The vendor did not cooperate with me as a customer but Eric And team we're there the whole time for me while I dealt with my issue. Always returned a call, all ways added value and in the end, I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you all
