If you are considering the Community House to host your daughters wedding reception, you are at the right place!Loved every interaction with the staff. The Chef is amazing and all the guest were happy with the meals, portion size and the service.Kassie was a delight to work with and as the Mother of the Bride; I'm proud of the event/and I'm still getting feedback from the guest on how much fun they had. I also, was able to enjoy every minute of the reception, while the staff took care of each and every guest. I was left to dancing and have fun! Thanks to the entire Staff!

My husband and I had our wedding 9/10/23, and we absolutely picked the perfect venue! The food was amazing, the staff was so kind and their service was impeccable, and Kassie was so wonderful to work with! She was easy to talk to, she made great suggestions, and she took care of so much!! It was like having a good friend help plan your wedding. Highly recommend to all couples!!!

The Community House is a dream location. Between the gorgeous building, the decoration, and the park out front, it is a picturesque work of art.The team at TCH work like crazy to ensure that events go as well as possible. And even through mistakes, they do their best to make things right.Kassie, Tim, and Zack are all wonderful to work with. A special thank you to Kassie who joined the team later on and had to pick up in the middle.Even the crew around the building is such a joy. Special shout out to Leon at the front who is the kindest human ever and Tony, who offered to take some really great pictures for us at our brunch.Last but not least, the chef. He is incredibly nice, open to critique, and makes some of the most delicious food ever. The event was a few days ago and I’m still getting messages raving about the food. We were concerned about what we were serving since we didn’t have your normal beef/chicken dish, but the chef made it sing.Thank you to the whole team for helping making the night special. We look forward to celebrating more with you in the future.

We had heard mixed reviews of the Early Childhood Center but after Sarah Schuster and Bailey Craig were hired, the Pre-K program with Miss Jackie as the teacher was outstanding. Our daughter loved Miss Jackie and learned so much to prepare her for elementary school!

We are so happy at the Community House Early Childhood Center. My son started in the infant room when he was 8 months old and is now 2 years old in the toddler room. We have been so impressed with the teachers, and how much they care about the children and their will being and development. I have also seen significant improvements with retaining staff and hiring additional help since their new director, Sarah, has started. She is very present in all of the classrooms and is often seen playing with the children and helping out. Thank you ECC!

During my recent job interview with this management team, I shared a past experience with the interviewer. However, I perceived that the interviewer did not appreciate my honesty. I gained the impression that this organization has a tendency to conceal mistakes and lacks transparency. This does not align with my goals as a good human being.

I held a 40th surprise party here for my husband Lamar, and the service was SPECTACULAR. Most notably, the banquet manager Zach was a JOY to work with and SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. If I had forgotten to bring something, Zach immediately ran and fixed the issue. He was attentive, personable and just amazing at what he does. As long-time patrons of The Community House for various events, I was always expecting great service but Zach rose the bar further. Zach is a true asset to The Community House! Our bartender Meek was incredible as well along with Nick who helped me to plan the event. All around top notch and highly recommend The Community House for your next event!

The Community House was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding reception! Our expectations were exceeded in every way.First off, the staff is an absolute joy to work with from our coordinator Maria to the banquet manager Kent, our dedicated server Leon and all the servers, bartenders and team who assisted with setup behind the scenes. Everyone was so professional, attentive, and incredibly personable. Our guests were raving about the attention they received from every employee as well as how positive, funny, and kind they were. Additionally, the team was adaptative to some unfortunate last-minute changes. Due to some illnesses we had to rework some of the seating arrangements and the team handled it so effectively. While I am a stress-prone person, Maria and her team assured me everything was okay and were so quick to adjust and reassure me things were handled. I am so grateful for their attention and reminder to relax and let me enjoy the day.The food is part of the wedding package on-site including alcohol, cocktail food, and late-night snack options (we chose the pizza, which was delicious, we were amazed at how quickly our guests ate it). The dinner was equally delicious, and we received great feedback from our guests on how much they enjoyed it. Dinner was served promptly at the expected time starting with the salad and the dinner followed appropriately without delay. Attention to allergies was also handled very well, which we and our guests appreciated. I believe there are several options for menu upgrades and dessert packages too, although we opted for a dessert table from an outside vendor. Using an outside vendor for the desserts was still a seamless process as the Community House helped coordinate to ensure there was enough space for the display. The team was very responsive to our additional vendors, which were our florals and our band. The setup process was seamless, and we were blown away at how amazing the room looked when we walked in. The elevated stage and large dance floor created such a fun experience for our band and guests. We knew we wanted a band prior to booking our venue, so choosing a space that could accommodate one was super important to us. The elevated stage is truly a unique feature we didn’t see at other venues we had been considering. Our band was very large with specific electrical and lighting requirements, all of which the Community House was equipped to handle without issue.Lastly, the venue itself is beautiful. We wanted a space that felt comfortable and not like a generic banquet room. The outdoor patio with twinkle lights was awesome for guests to enjoy and cool off between dancing. There is a nice cocktail room to the side of the dining room that really helped manage the flow of the guests and accommodated a bar, coffee and water station, pizza, and desserts. There was a second bar available to us as well, which was awesome as I never saw a guest waiting in a long line for a drink. There are several fireplaces that really added to the entire ambiance of the night and TVs in which we were able to display pictures which helped personalize our evening. We could not be any more thrilled with how smooth the night went. Having the venue pay so much attention to detail really allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of the reception to the fullest.

Would not recommend working here for The ECC/childcare as a teacher. They do NOT care about their employees! They wrongfully fire the teachers, they don’t accommodate the teachers for all the hard work they do. They overwork their staff because they are understaffed due to no one wanting to work there and they show favoritism to certain staff members. The turn over rate is so high they can’t keep any teachers there for because they can’t keep teachers for more than a month. The director quit after being there for a year due to being over worked with no help. The Assistant director quit because she was forced to work in a classroom due to being short Staffed and overworked. The teachers that are they are only there for a check. They do not teach the children anything . The food is undercooked there. They recently hired new chefs who don’t know how to cook . The breakfast is always undercooked. Would recommend looking elsewhere for placing a child here for education they overcharge you for tuition and don’t even teach the children anything. Also would not recommend working here unless you like being overworked and are comfortable with doing things that is NOT in your job description.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with The Community House hosting our wedding on 6/12/21. Our original venue coordinator we first met happened to depart from the company amongst the middle of the pandemic, yet the transition and communication still went seamless. Tim H. and Liz Unkel were great to work with and made sure we were taken care of in all aspects. Thank you for making our day so special and memorable! Our friends and family had an amazing time and gave us such sweet compliments about their experience as guests. Highly recommend! ☺️

In July 2021 held a "rehearsal reception" for our son's wedding. 76 people and not once did my wife or I asked for assistance related to anything. The staff anticipated all needs and we just mingled and enjoyed the night. The easy to plan and implement event we have ever experienced. 2 weddings, 3 Bar Mitvah's gave us background in challenges of large family/friend events. These folks were the best!
