Worst experience I have ever had. I ordered on Wednesday for Saturday pick up a small pretty vase, with o lot 3 Lilly flowers and airy greens. It was in a lg vase with dirty water and huge. What’s wrong with this everythingDon’t order anything over the phone. You will be sorry. They have lost my business

One star can sound harsh but I went a total to three times (yes I tried to like it) to this place because it was geographically convenient for me: Here is a brief summary because I could write much more about my negative experiences: * The place is not that busy (I understand why now), an average of 3-4 employees and 1 or 2 clients at most. Zero customer service, nobody will tell you "welcome, hi, can I help you..." * I placed an order for a bouquet arrangement for an anniversary that was not ready on time. I was told to come back in 30 minutes or so. When I came back, the lady who told me to wait was helping someone else and nobody was taking care of my flower arrangement. * The quality of the flowers is OK, nothing extraordinary. * They seem to have a few (very) young people working there who are not treated with lots of love (their kids? interns?) and who obviously do no seem to have a good time there. That was sad to witness... * The price...should be thrifty...right? Well, it is not... * On my last attempt to go there, I was in a hurry and I told myself, I do not care about the price, I will buy a simple bouquet and get out within a few minutes. Well, I waited 10 minutes to get some help, I was the ONLY customer in the store and 4 people working there (one making bouquet arrangement, one on her phone at the cashier and two ladies having a pretty good discussion in the back room so probably not working on something too demanding...). Nobody took care of me as I wanted to get a bouquet behind the glasses. I tried to look at everyone, no eye contact, returned to my car, promising myself that it was the last time I would go to this store under this current poor Management. By the way, I randomly found another florist 5 minutes from there, was welcomed with a smile when I entered the store with immediate help and advice for an actual "thrifty" price and a better quality of flowers. This business found a new customer!!!

I went in with my high schooler to get a corsage. We stood there for several minutes with 3-4 people working. Not one person acknowledged that we were in the shop despite making eye contact several times. We will find somewhere else.

I purchased 3 bunches of tulips and was charged $29.99 a bunch instead of $9.99 a bunch. When I noticed they overcharged me by $60 they didn't know how to correct it so they said they would take care of it and call me and let me know the refund was completed. I had to keep calling several times to get this taken care of. Look at your receipt people!! Update: Tami the manager was helpful and took care of the problem

DO NOT WORK HERE. This specific location is native to one Tami Niemeyer. She's as unpleasant as any manager except my experience was a lot more illegal. She chose to fire me for discussing pay with another employee, which if you're unaware, is illegal under the National Labor Relations Act which states "employees have the right to communicate with other employees at their workplace about their wages." Not to mention the $10 starting wage, not a fan.

This shop has some fun and unexpected extra items outside the whole traditional florist items. Limited jewelry, clothing that could easily add to a gifty bouquet. Well as for flowers. Made a striking selection of white blooms that they packaged expertly and in accord to my instructions. Couldn't ask for anything more. Prices are florist typical. Friendly staff.

What I ordered and paid for was not what I had requested at all! not sure who I should even be mad at because both stores didn’t know what they were doing. I called the Ypsi location to order a bridal bouquet but they sent me to Birmingham, I told the girl I just wanted baby breath with a bit of white flowers and greenery. Guess what I got, not even that!! I should’ve just made my bouquet and saved myself the $75 I spent

I've gone to and called this location several times trying to buy pots. Each time I speak to someone on the phone they are nice but when I come into the store, I'm met with confused gazes and no one knows their product or inventory. If you don't want to give me business, say so. I've never experienced such a thing. Poor service instore.
