I have had an excellent experience working with Kelli on improving my swim strokes. As someone who started more seriously swimming as an adult, there were a lot of gaps in my technique. She has helped me to understand how to have more efficient and effective freestyle and strokes. In each coaching session, you get advice, then try to apply it while being taped, then look at the tape and adjust. It really helps you to see what you are doing versus what you thought you were doing. For me one of the biggest benefits is that Kelli is helping me to swim freestyle in a way that puts significantly less strain on my shoulders. I went from having some pain in my rotator cuff after any swim longer than an hour to having no pain at all. This will allow me to swim for decades to come without injury or pain. Very grateful! Coaching is way more comfortable and cost effective than setting myself up for shoulder surgery. Also, one final piece of advice is that I recommend you buy a package versus just one off coaching sessions. It takes time to really internalize changes and modify your strokes bit by bit.

Hi! I was ripped off 2,000$ by Sam Logan (apparently that is a fake name too). She is ghosting me and refusing to respond to any communication. It is a global pandemic and I can’t get a refund for a $2,000 freaking dollar year gym membership that I was unable to use. It’s pretty disheartening and very messed up to be scammed during such uncertain times. I was hoping this would be a SAFE place to get help. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication, the audacity, and that there is a person who would scam/change names/ghost people trying to get healthy- that obviously doesn’t care who she hurts along the way. Do not recommend to anyone. Sad to write this because I am literally the most positive human ?

Sam Logan is a fraud and is now hiring collection agencies to go after people for over $2,000. Her business is not legitimate. She signed people up a month or two before COVID, then COVID happened and no one could use their membership and after COVID the gym got shut down so no one got to use their $2,000 membership that was paid up front. She is refusing to reimburse anyone and is now harassing clients for more money. She has ghosted and blocked the clients. Sam Straggler is her real name.

Bad experience with Sam Logan. She refuses to communicate with clients wanting a refund and blocked on Instagram and Facebook and other social media platforms. (Great experience with the coaches).

FRUAD! The staff presents an ad that tells you the 6weeks training is free and then after sucking you in they somehow forgets to mention, "Oh theres a weekly payment of $99.00" and that'll you'll be reimbursed after completion of the class. Well sweetie that isn't free!

Tweak helped me loss weight, moderate my eating habits and develop a cross fit exercise program that has helped me achieve success. I though I was doing all the right things before but never saw this type of progress. Highly recommend this program.

They say you won a free membership free and there’s nothing free. $99.00 a week. That’s not free

I saw an advertisement for a "free" six week weight loss challenge. I scheduled a time to meet with Sam. Not only was she rude she was discouraging. She stated that she wanted me to be motivated, but she disqualified me at the time we said hello. She shoved a binder into my hand and was unable to follow me in conversation. She is far from skilled. Stay away from this place by all means.

Very effective instruction. Johnny pinpointed right away the key tweaks I could make to improve my efficiency and the results were immediate. Also provided a personalized drill set to use in practice toward reaching my pace goal.

Excellent instruction! You get private instruction from top level coaches. They use video and mirrors so that you can see exactly what mechanics need to be adjusted. It's a great format because you swim, then look at what you look like, then the coach makes suggestions and you swim again, employing the suggested strategy. Rinse and repeat.

Great instructors! They've guided me to a tear down and rebuild of my strokes and I'm seeing I can swim as fast as I used to with less effort! I'm currently working with them to build up speed from there.
