“Bought the house brand Patriot 120 thousand BTU fryer. It came with a loose pipe and was leaking gas (and fire) every once in a while. Called the store 10 days after I bought it, they gave me the number to call for service. I did that on a Wednesday. On Friday they shipped me a new fryer with no hassle of sending old fryer anywhere. Remarkable. Fryer has been working great ever since.”
“Great experiences all around. Had a couple of unfortunate hiccups happen but they offered great customer service and resolved the issues (including honoring their warranty). They were great to work with and I would absolutely recommend J&T.
I worked with Brennan who helped me find appliances after showing me a few different options at different price points. I got a gas range, gas dryer, and fridge for $1060 (which included a credit for trading in an electric dryer).
Unfortunately, a miscommunication resulted in a different stove getting dropped off than expected. Obviously that wasn't ideal, but J&T were were great about it. Brennan explained what happened and apologized right away. They let me know I could keep the 4-burner and they would replace it with a 5-burner once one was available--which they did.
Additionally, a small break and a crack in the plastic of the fridge unfortunately made a drawer unusable. I let them know about the issue and because it was within the 1-year warranty window, they arranged to replace the fridge when they came to switch the stoves (about 6 weeks later). So, even though we had to wait a bit for them to swap the fridge and stove, they made sure we did not go without appliances while we waited for the replacements.
The delivery guys were fantastic both times. They were quick, efficient, and very respectful. They kindly wore the masks I provided, which was very much appreciated. They clearly knew what they were doing--hooked up the gas lines and tested the appliances within minutes. Even with the heavy appliances, everything was moved in and out swiftly and they were careful to protect the flowers out front as well as the walls/floors/furniture/doorframes from any potential damage. For both deliveries, they were in and out in under 20 minutes. Easiest appliance deliveries (and trade ins) I have experienced, hands down.
Very happy with my experience overall. I am happy with the purchases and I don't expect any further issues with any of the appliances--but I am glad to know that they will honor their warranty in case anything does come up. They were a pleasure to work with, and I 100% recommend.”
