Came for some last minute holiday items. The store was in much better condition than some of the other big box stores, this time of year. Possibly because they had no customers. But I have no complaints.

I’d give -10 stars if I could. The blond lady with the bad haircut who can barely speak English needs to be fired. I asked her for help & said “ hey I’m doing instacart can you help me find.. “ & she replied “ we’re not supposed to be shopping for you” like ok b I didn’t ask you to shop for me I asked you to do your job & help a customer. She had the worst attitude when I asked so nicely then proceeded to be rude about me asking another question about the items.. her man at home obviously ain’t layin it down bc she’s beyond miserable & needs to get out of retail if she doesn’t wanna help anyone.

I love to shop Christmas decorations At Home. The only down side is there are a lot that are broken. Make sure it works. I go there for a lot of home supplies as well. A good store for a good price.

I came to the store today to try to find some cleaning clothes that I saw on the at home online site. It stated they were in stock. When I got there, I felt a bit overwhelmed because the store was huge. I went to the area that I thought I would find the clothes and they weren't there. I kept walking around and around trying to find a sales person but no one was in sight. I finally saw a button that you could push to get assistance. When someone responded, I showed the gentleman the picture from the website. He said it's over where the brooms and mops are. I told him that I had come from there and they weren't over there. I asked if they might be someplace else? He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I was just floored. I had driven all the way from Highland Park (30 minutes) for this?? I will never come back to this store again.
