AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
First and foremost he has been nothing but a hassle to deal with. My sister and mother have never been shocked by how hard it was to switch over from our T-Mobile service to here. The biggest issue is he has been lying from the start about what we have asked and for our new phones. The problem initially started when he submitted the wrong color "Black" instead of the "Ultramarine" color to my house which he completely denies being at fault for his error and continues to blame my sister for miscommunication which is 100% false. He then put the wrong information on the shipping label with just my last name I spent 2 hours trying to pick up my phone at a FedEx pickup point that is 30 minutes from my house. After getting my phone, he informed my sister who is the account holder that we could go to any location and verbally set up the phone with her as I am not an authorized user. After visiting 2 locations after that a corporate and retail store they assured me that there is nothing they can do unless an authorized user is present or my sister handles it. We all live far away so that is very difficult for us to get together to do. The following day after wasting 3 almost 4 hours, I drive to this location in which I am greeted with a cocky, rude attitude as to how "easy" it was setting it up. He then grabs the brand new phone and as he is opening it informs me that there is another "teal" phone in the back I said sure why not because at this point I just wanted something different. So because he opened it he requested to ship another one to me when I was under the impression he was going to do something about it so I would have my new "teal" phone and leave. Today I am trying to cancel the "teal" phone because I won't be around to sign off for the phone when it arrives to restart the whole process and he can't help there either. He then again goes about lying and saying that I knew I was getting the "teal" via mail which is not true. When in reality I don't care about the color at this point I just want a phone. To sum everything up Manny the employee at this location is incompetent, dishonest, and lacks taking ownership. I work in sales/marketing and these are the type of employees customers despise working with. I advise anyone reading the story to AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Nothing but a terrible experience, visit any other location besides here.

Rob, one of the owners was very dismissive when he cannot explain why I’m being charged for three devices when I’ve only needed two,as I begin to ask more questions he abruptly just walked away and said he was not going to go back-and-forth with me regarding something that one of his sales associates sold me on.I will not be going back to that store.

I had a terrible experience at the AT&T store at 2510 S Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. The manager, Jon, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I recently traded in my iPhone 13 for a $700 off promotion on the iPhone 16. When I asked Jon to show me the trade-in deal information on AT&T's website (due to a past issue where I didn't receive my full credit for 3 phones), he refused to help and was very dismissive. He even threw my phone on the table when I asked him to find the information on the AT&T website. Jon told me it wasn't his job to assist with this and claimed that previous bad experiences were due to other employees not representing AT&T.
Fortunately, another employee, Aayan, quickly found the information I needed in under a minute and was polite and professional. Jon's behavior was unacceptable, and I believe Aayan should be the manager instead.

Stop by this morning. Telegraph and Square Lake rd. Wanted to see if a can switch to At&T.
No one on a floor. Than Some one came out with mug of coffee or some thing with impression that he got disturb. I tried to explain what I want. He keeps on drinking. Seem like he is not interesting what I have to say. I stop talking, letting to finish his coffee. He Show me attitude, " I'm listening! Do you want me to help you or what!? I left. Very disappointed.

If u want a phone company that will forget to turn in your phone and u got a new one with them this is the place for u and if u confront them about it they will end up ghosting you and giving you the runaround and raise your bill every single month

My experience at the AT&T store of Bloomfield Hills was outstanding. The purpose of my visit was to confirm what upgrades were available on my account. I was initially greeted by Anthony. He was very welcoming and asked some qualifying questions, to understand what my needs were. He collaborated with Michael the store manager for further assistance. Both reviewed my account and helped me understand what upgrade and relevant savings options were available to me by AT&T. They made sure I understood the options clearly. I was able to make a good decision and upgrade. A number of customers came in, so Anthony excused himself to assist those walking in. Michael, took the lead, making sure that my upgrade went smoothly. I gladly encourage anybody who needs assistance, prefering an in-store visit, to stop by Bloomfield Hills - you won’t be disappointed. More importantly, I was so impressed with the way Michael directed and supported his team, and engaged with the customers - great leadership. He took what would normally be an annoying and stressful experience and actually made it enjoyable. His level of knowledge and expertise is amazing. Lots of success to the whole team. Thank you – very much appreciated.

As much as all cable companies and cell phone carriers have ripped us off over the years. I will say I had a very positive experience yesterday at the AT&T store very helpful, knowledgeable, sales person, and I feel like I got a great deal.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an AT&T store, by far. Refused to take my perfectly working iPhone 14 towards a 15 because the guy said the power button was getting stuck. Literally showed him it was because of the case and that it worked perfectly fine and he still wouldn’t take it. Don’t waste your time here, they don’t want your business.
