I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but every time I am let down. Usually I am rushed and the quality isn’t great. However, I am writing this review for my mother who went and got a shellac manicure and the very next day, it was already peeling. Shellac manicures should last MINIMUM a week not one day. It only got worse (and no there was no excessive use of her hands, just normal daily life) with almost all the nails peeling within 2 days. She went back to get them redone and the people there told her they could only ‘fix’ the chipped nails. However, with how shoddy the work was to begin with including thick layers of polish put on the first time, fixing the nails wasn’t going to make anything better since they were just going to paint over the chipped parts (of which there was a lot! Again, for a SHELLAC). She asked for a refund instead which they refused. This whole experience has soured any chance of redemption for this nail place. Now they just want to get people in and get it done as soon as possible with no workmanship or quality. There’s so many other nail salons who treat their customers better, go there, NOT here.Update: I see that the company has responded to my review however she spoke to the manager and they refused to do a proper shellac. If multiple nails were chipping within a day I’m not sure why just fixing those when there was a problem with the whole painting process would be sufficient. I can understand these places are busy but that shouldn’t mean the quality suffers so badly as a result.

Great experience. Friendly staff. They took me for a shellac manicure and pedicure last minute and the worker stayed behind after hours to finish the job. The manicure has lasted for more than 2 weeks. Will definitely be going back.

I was here on my birthday, July 14th and was treated very poorly for no reason that I can explain. I almost cut my finger off with a tree trimmer about four weeks prior to coming in. That finger was bandaged but because it was my birthday I got a gel manicure on the other 9 fingers. I was trying to explain to the nail tech what happened and why I was only getting 9 nails done but she was irritated and said that she would just give me my money back. Like she didn’t want to service me. She seemed deterred that she had to do my nails but I wasn’t sure why. I asked her if I did anything to offend her and if I had then I apologize. She never said that I did but proceeded with giving me the equivalent of a beauty school manicure. I usually go to the Bliss nails in Bloomfield on Telegraph because they always do an exceptional job and supposedly they have the same owner but I don’t know how the quality would be so different. So I said to her, after she kept saying that she would just refund me the money that I paid, please just finish my nails and I will not be back and she said that’s your option. I agreed because I do choose who to support and considering that I paid $58 for an awful job just to be treated bad is a good enough reason to not return. I don’t expect an establishment who doesn’t care about the comfort of their clients or who basically tells them that their patronage is not needed to last long, but I was definitely going to make sure that I left a review telling my experience to make sure that others know the type of people who work here and what they think about their clients.

Came here last minute for an acrylic fill- although they were able to schedule me for a last minute appointment, the technician made many mistakes. She “cured” acrylic under the UV lamp (not how it’s done) and then filed my nails to the point they were crooked. I asked for a light pink shade and walked out with borderline clear polish. She also did not apply a base coat prior to applying gel polish. Salon was not kept clean and it seemed as if lots of tools aren’t cleaned between clients.Services: Acrylic nails

Went in with long round nails and without even asking she chopped them in to short squares. When I asked her to round out the edges she gave me attitude and didn’t change anything.Service: Gel manicures

If a male does your nails at this salon expect to be overcharged!! The women at this nail shop are fair they charge you the same price every time but the men rip you off!! It’s always a extra $5 or $10 for something!! I’m never ever going back!! Con artists!!Service: Gel manicures

been goin here for many years and my nails ALWAYSSS get done right?? below is some of my favorite sets, all by HelenNNNnnnn cept the 2nd one is by Mayy,, everytime i come in i always get greeted, staffs really friendly and the salons super clean,, only downside is the wait sometimes but thats a givin for every place ya know, but ya get ur nails done at bliss nails literally best experience ever-- if u got dirtyaah toes and want them to start breathing get them fixed here-- come out lookin like u can sell u sum feet pics fr?? everyone here is good at their job-- service be so goodd,, ANYWAYS THE FIRST PIC IS THE SET I GOT TODAY OMAGAH SO CUTE GO GET URS DONE NEOWWW!! They don't know how to make a real pedicure they just basically paint your toe nails and not even well and the manicure they don't care what you want and the answer for me was I do this I know how this suppose to look so don't recommend at all and I'm definitely never ever coming back

Please, please do not go here. I have never left a bad review under a business and I make it a point to be easygoing and kind to people doing a service for me. I have never asked for a service refunded before. But this experience was so bad. I walked out with poorly-shaped nails that looked absolutely nothing like my reference photo. Firstly, the color was completely different. I showed her a medium and forest green but came out with white and teal. The marble design was different from what I asked for and was poorly done. Instead of subtle swirls, I got bold and patchy strokes. Everyone I have shown agrees they look poorly done. I am not trying to be complacent and overly negative, just warn people about my experience.

As I stated in my first review, this is what my leg looked like upon completion of my pedicure. My leg did not look like this when I came in!! I felt immediate pain when Tina applied something to my leg. It immediately turned red. Neither Tina or the owner showed any concern or was willing to accept accountability. I did ask for help to put on my my pedicure sandals but the owner was unwilling to assist me and told me my service was done. The owner recently wrote that I was capable of doing it myself. That was simply untrue. I needed assistance and I was in a great deal of discomfort. Her lack of concern was clear and she never asked if I needed assistance she merely said "your service is over". It is true I have disputed the bill. I did so because the service was unacceptable and I was caused pain. In addition the owner was rude and uncaring.

My mother has been to this salon numerous times. She went in for a pedicure by appointment, not a walk in. The lady who did her pedicure was beyond rude. She never asked her which pedicure she wanted. She barely cut her toenails and when asked to cut more, was incredibly rude. When handling her cuticles she was so rough, it was painful. My mother is a diabetic and any injury could take time to heal. She didn’t do her heels with the callus remover and said she didn’t pay for that kind of pedicure ?? Okay, she said she would happily pay it. Her massage was beyond ridiculous meaning there was NO massage, and when pointed out, the lady was so unbelievably rude, said no that’s it, she had more customers to do… umm, the salon was empty. Even if she did have other customers, you need to finish with the customer you are with. I think she assumed my mother never had a pedicure before, and knew exactly what she was paying for, cause she definitely does… and always makes sure good service is appreciated and acknowledged, and will use the establishment again. That is why this was so disheartening. We will not be returning here again. Honestly, how anyone like that is allowed to remain in that job is incomprehensible to me. In any other instance service like this would never be acceptable to anyone, how is it they can still expect to be tipped at the end of all that ?Service: Pedicure
