I am very disappointed with my experience here, from the quality of service to the staff themselves. I told them I was having my nails done for my wedding, which was two days after the manicure/pedicure I received. The woman cut four of my cuticles on a single hand making all of them bleed. It was like she didn't even notice and tried to keep going. I didn't let her touch my other hand. She brushed it off and said "it's fine it will be fine," which clearly it wasn't two days later for my wedding (see photos). They were yelling at my mother who was trying to have her nail specialist fix the manicure that she had messed up and tried to overcharge my sister for something that was their own fault. Safe to say, I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. The staff was downright rude. If I could give zero stars I would.

This Place sucks. it's dirty and they don't know what they're doing. I have cuts on my feet. very unprofessional and will not be coming back.

Worst customer service ever. They couldn’t even polish my toe nails something that’s quick and said they don’t have time when it was people sitting around doing nothing smh

I went in for a mani-pedi. I should have listened after reading the reviews. The polish peeled right off my finger nails after my French manicure. And the tips were lumpy. I have small scabs near my cuticles from being poked :( not a good experience.

Very rude and unprofessional. I've watched them disrespect customers that enter the store. Their famous line to make you leave is "Do you have a appointment..You called the wrong location we have location in Southfield...we busy" If you walk in it's almost never busy. Rivage Day spa here I come!

12 years as a customer (4 at Woodward location, 7 at big beaver location and 1 at Telegraph) and today they cancel my appointment because I arrived 6 minutes late. I always wait patiently when I have my appointments every month and they don’t bother to call me before give my spot away. 6 minutes vs 12 years, easy way to lose a customer!Service: Dip powder

I called ahead to see how long the wait would be for a pedicure- I was told no wait. I then drove for 15 minutes to walk in and them tell me they couldn’t take any appointments. What changed in 15 minutes? I came out of my way to get here.Service: Pedicure

I've been here countless times and am shocked by the reviews on here! It's very clean, professional and they are usually fast! My nails always last several weeks. It is super busy usually especially in the evenings so I do recommend always making an appointment and sometimes you still have to wait which can be annoying but overall it's the best nail salon in town! Everyone is very talented and skilled there.

I came here the end of last week and I am back. My nails with gel and shellac is already chipping to its natural state. I go back today right before 5p and asked for a repair, the nail tech tells me I gotta come back cause they about to close when the sign clearly states 730. This is grounds to dispute my charges for reversal so that is what I will be doing, and I won’t ever come to not another location. Poor customer service and all I still have tried most of their locations and I have had it they won’t ever see me nor mine business again cause I will be spreading the word at this point.

HONESTLY This place gets ZERO stars......I shouldn't have given them a chance in light of their terrible 2 out of 5 star review from 68 customer responses. Today I walked in to get a manicure and I asked the guy if he could stop drilling so hard because it was uncomfortable and his response was that he could not. Then I asked him again can you please not drill so hard and he said that's not how I work. I proceeded to get up and leave. If he didn't want to service me he should've said so, but to rudely hurt me in the process is ridiculous. I will be reporting this business as they are not professional and do not care about their clients. I suggest that you run from this place!

Out of convenience, I went here, but I regret it so much. My gel manicure is lumpy and when I complained about the paint being lumpy she told me it's because of the color. I explained to her I have had this color done before with a different nail salon and it has not been lumpy. Also, the previous PINK paint is still on certain nails. Just a lazy job! She told me I didn't know what I was talking about. As you can see, I did. Next, the gel polish on my feet was done sloppy. Paint all over my skin. She told me it's because I have thick skin!! WTH!!! So believe the reviews. They SUCK!!!!
