Needed assistance for a unauthorized payment, and due to me incorrectly explaining the issue I was told they were unable to assist me and hung up on. Very poor customer service and representation for Chase.

All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I never wait in line for more than one turn. Sometimes they even have little cupcakes from the store next door.

Their ATM has the careless payment symbol on it, but Apple Pay does not work. They have also not updated their atm to meet the standards of every other chase bank in this region. Being such a large building in such a wealthy neighborhood, it is outrageous that the technology at this branch is not top of the line. I will not be returning.

I am apaulled and totally disgusted with this branch! I took my teenage son to open up an account. We got there at 4:53pm. They close at 6pm. What's the big deal? I've worked at a bank before. It takes 30 minutes or less to open a new account! A racist woman came from behind the teller section, turned her nose up at me & my son and said that no one could do anything for us today! Really? So we were stereotyped and disrespected to the upmost! I am annoyed and I am taking this a step further! I hate CHASE, and they have lost us as potential customers!!!

Had a great experience working with the reps and in general. Sometimes the parking situation can get a bit hairy but overall great experience.

Pro-tip: there is a special ATM in the lobby that lets you do large withdrawals and get large bills. There isn't usually a line for a teller, but if there is, this machine is a nice feature. Also their special account managers are nice for the ballers out there.
