Do not open any account with Citizens bank. I had multiple fraud transactions with my Business and personal accounts. The bank authorities useless and were not helpful.

This is the worst bank I ever dealt with, they lie, and have no respect for the customers. One of the manager was arrogant. Save yourself a headache and do not go there, go to a different bank.

No teller after waiting 10min had to go somewhere else an had to tell there customers that there not available at the teller an I see why this place has bad reviews.

I would not recommend banking with citizens in Bloomfield hills off of woodward, the manager is rude and lies, he told me I couldn’t get a debit card because of a issue which was not factual when I called the 1-800 number they said they would send me one also when I traveled to another branch they had no issue on giving me a debit card, I feel like the manager didn’t treat me fair because of my race or maybe my appearance I had identification so there should of been no issue also I deposited a cashiers check and he put it on hold it’s been 5 days when the money has already been paid to the bank 5 days ago I don’t understand why the manager has treated me like this or why he lied to me numerous times I would not suggest banking here they discriminate and don’t value people as customers

It took a hour for my fiancé to open an account at this location I went to the Southfield location 3 months ago and it took only 20min this is terrible service
