$800 magically disappeared from my account, this is the second time this has happened to me with Comerica. Where is my money, this is a great game, where is my money, is it my money, is it not fair that they rob their customers like this, is it my money, where is my money

Manager was excellent and so was the helpful staff in the drive through.

Horrible customer service, does not value you as a customer, or a person, had great customer experience with branch on Woodward in Bloomfield with Jeff Reed, that place on Long Lake and Telegraph is not good for Comerica business!!

I wish zero starts was an option. Management is incompetent, and insists on lying to customers. Don't even attempt to use this bank for business. Probably fine for limited personal use.

Tellers are very nice,.. but every transaction I tried to do (basic deposits) required 20 + minute calls to corporate. I can't say how long exactly, because after 20 minutes or so I gave up and left. The manager Scott K. is poorly trained, and has major honesty issues. I'm out hundreds of dollars worth of time, plus $150 worth of check printing and custom ink stampers. Make deposits there if you have lots of free time,.. but best not to try to do anything that will involve a manager. I agree with the others here that it's a shame there isn't a zero or negative start rating. P.s. It's also not in the city of Bloomfield Hills. It's more than 1/2 mile West of that in Bloomfield Township.

Would rate zero stars. Very incompetent tellers.

Too bad ZERO stars isn't an option. Gross incompetence doesn't begin to describe the management staff at this branch. The tellers are all very nice, but anything that requires manager intervention quickly turns into a nightmare. No concept of customer service. I would literally be better off putting my money in a burlap sack and handing it off to a feral raccoon for safekeeping than to entrusting it the custody of these people.
