On the whole I would say this CVS is fine.We get our family's prescriptions here. We've never had issues with the wrong medicine or anything like that. The line can be hit or miss but it usually moves fast enough. The other day we ordered two 11x14 prints and they didn't cut them because "they didn't have a tool to cut them". Ok, well you shouldn't be selling 11x14 prints then or you should mark they'll be uncut when ordering. A small inconvenience, but still. It's not like you're getting a discount on photos here.

What pharmacy does not post on their website or at the store it closes from 1:30-2 and what kind of pharmacy leaves customers who were waiting from 1:15 in front of the people working at the pharmacy and just close and not fulfill their script? This one! The worst I have ever experienced happened today and Vince the manger doesn't even know his manager?! Ha! Couldn't give me a phone # to call and then get a hold of "customer care" who says it will be $4.99 to deliver my prescription I just stood in line for 15 minutes only to not be served. Then to be able to waive the fee will take 24-48 hours to for a life savings medication waiting for leadership to follow up! that is the kind of LEADERSHIP that WILL SOON make your stock to continue to drop and you go out of business because that is what you deserve to happen with the customer service you don't excel in.

This pharmacy location never has drugs in stock. Always have to wait a few days to a week. That’s not how health care should work. They are also always “fiddling” with refill dates making all my prescriptions filled on different dates. This place was way better when it was SavOn.

Do not use this pharmacy. They have "not received" or canceled many prescriptions of mine now with no contact or notice of any issues. I had to go without some medications because of orders that were canceled without my knowledge and without reasons given. My scripts are from different offices so I know it is the pharmacy at fault.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy. Medication is never ready when the app says it is, 3 people at the counter yet won’t approach the clients waiting, and awful parking.Called my doctor and asked to switch location.

Think the employees are very friendly and they always have what I'm looking for. Grateful to have a good cvs nearby for so many day to day needs!

The great thing about CVS is the long series of automated questions you're asked when calling, and then finally thinking you'll be put through to a person, and then being on hold for 10 minutes, and then having it disconnect you without ever getting to talk to someone in the pharmacy. It's terrific.

I’m a physician and I do not recommend going to this location. They have the pharmacist giving vaccines instead of getting medications-prescriptions ready for patients. Even if they say your medication is ready be prepared to wait 30 to 45mins.

Went in to look for diapers that were on sale and one of the employees directed me to the front where they had pulled a bunch of diapers that were being sent back. Found a few that were on sale in the pile. Always grateful for helpful employees.

Ugh, CVS. When will I find a store that doesn't suck? I walked in 1:15 to pick up from the pharmacy. I had called around 1 to confirm that they had my prescription and it was correct (I've been given the wrong prescription many times, it's a whole "thing"). As I make my way to the pharmacy, I notice that it's unusually dark, but I can see and hear people talking behind a metal gate. No one acknowledges my presence. I look around, confused. Someone else comes up behind me, asking what the deal is. We both try to get someone's attention, nothing. While scanning the desk by the register, we see a small sign that says they are closed from 1:30-2 for lunch. I'm glad they are giving their pharmacists a lunch break. I'm annoyed that this isn't conveyed to the customers. Technically, there was still 15 minutes until this break, but no one would acknowledge the now crowd that was gathered to pick up prescriptions. We literally sat there for 30 minutes because who the heck wants to leave, and then have to come back to CVS? No one. The answer is no one.

Pharmacy closes earlier than advertised, and they're very rude about it .. showed up at 1:20 before a 1:30pm break on Sunday, saw then closing down, and she insisted they had to close early to get their full 1 hour break. Not sure if I should be upset with management or that employee, but there's clearly poor communication that caused me to need to make another trip. Was far better service before CVS bought them.
