Worst location ever!! don’t waste your time! Went out of my way To drive to this location to ship out a package and the FedEx employee behind the counter, claimed that he could not take my recycle box because it was from Amazon never heard of this in my life. He didn’t really seem too knowledgeable and was not helpful at all. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I finally decided to leave a review one month after I stopped using their service. They have rejected my drop off twice, one time they told me I shipped too many boxes, the second time I shipped less than 10 boxes, they rejected again, and explained to me with pride that they have the right to reject any drop off! Can you imagine after I unload my boxes from mini van, pull them over to the counter and were rejected? Twice? and I have to take them back to my mini Van? I hope FedEx can do better treating small business owners!

COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!
If you like being stressed and enjoy wasting time, this is the correct shipping office for you.
Needed assistance with shipping international package a couple weeks ago. Employee was not able to figure out how to ship my package to correct address, nor was she helpful in any way to provide alternative shipping solution. Left unable to ship package—ended up having USPS ship with no problem.
Two weeks later, tried to ship a package with prepaid label domestic…. Not only were both employees moving at pace of a snail, they were not able to figure out why the label was not registering in their system. I offered to pay for a new label, to hurry the process along. Then finally turned away and not able to ship box due to moisture collecting on outside of box.
Drove to another fedex office 15 minutes away, was able to ship no issues.

I was greeted almost instantly when I walked in the door with friendly faces. I had a drop off and without being asked the woman came and helped me use the kiosk. I didn’t even see those when I walked in.
This review has taken longer than my time in the store. This was by far the fastest and friendliest FedEx visit. The woman who greeted me was a genuinely kind person and funny!

My FedEx visit for a two-way courier was frustrating on multiple levels:
1. Mandatory Online Account: I was required to sign up online but received zero help from staff while struggling to do so on my phone.
2. No Pricing Transparency: Costs were not clearly communicated upfront.
3. Poor Staff Attitude: The employee assisting me was unfriendly and unhelpful.
> After 30 wasted minutes, I successfully completed the task at UPS in just 5 minutes, highlighting FedEx's service failures.

I got help from an employee named Jeremie at the Bloomfield , he was very helpful and great customer service and he waited with me to make sure the job was done and quick and easy. I’m very appreciative of his service I recommend anybody getting help from this young man

I have been using this Fedex Office Bloomfield Hills, MI store for my large printing needs and some delivery needs for over 10 years. I own my law practice. For all these years, the managers and the staff members have been outstanding. When I have needed help, they have helped me expeditiously and effectively. I cannot praise them enough. I recommend this store to any business, other organization, or individual(s) for their printing needs.

I personally want to say a BIG thank you to Matt at this location!! Not only was he helping us troubleshoot when the cards we brought in unfortunately would not work with what we were trying to achieve, he went above and beyond to make sure a last minute request did not ruin a wedding!

The other day, I needed help with flyers for an event I’m working on. Douglas was awesome and made my order on the spot. I’m pretty sure he has helped me before but the customer service is beyond!

Came here to ship items for my job, which I have done a hundred times before, they denied me because the coolers “didn’t have latches” on them, even though they were all taped up and everything. Will not be returning. Thanks for nothing.

Awful and embarrassing experience! I trusted them to mail a small package to my friend in Canada. It was a gift. The cost was $52-- high enough!
Imagine my utter embarrassment when my friend got a $46 bill (related to her own gift) because they forgot to tell me about the tariff. It gets worse...they couldn't take care of the bill. I had to call another number and stay on hold forever. Then--- the manager says that I should've been told that opening an acct. would've covered the fee. But! This manager offered no related remediation. Ridiculous!

Nobody available to help with printing, every one is focusing on shipping. Person in the back would not come to the counter. This location used to be the location I would use on a regular basis, but not anymore.

So helpful! So nice!
