Expensive. If you have a coupon you cant really yse it cause they won't let you use it if it's on sale. Milost things in store are on sale..overpriced even at sale price.

False advertising in store! When I got to the register the clerk ATLAS tried to argue that the items I had weren’t included in the sale sign and while waiting for the manager ATLAS took the signs down and hid them. When the manager JUDI came ATLAS acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. JUDI wouldn’t confirm the details and wouldn’t honor the sale signs. They told me to call corporate if I had a problem with it. WOW! Disgusting behavior! Highly disappointed.

So I went into this particular joanne fabrics that claimed to have four Cricut Explore 3 machines in stock. The sales associate kept telling me they were out of stock. I said, not according to your website- that’s why I drove here. He literally shoved his scanning device in my face and says “see, out of stock!”I opened my phone, typed in their store and returned the favor and showed him I wasn’t crazy. He says “oh, I’ll check”So now I’m irritated but no big deal.He comes from the back with one that had been taped closed, won’t open it to insure me it’s intact. So then I said, no big deal, I’ll open it immediately after you ring it up to check myself. Tells me if I return it they will charge me $25. Tells me their store doesn’t sell the extended warranty for it. Rings me up and gives me the total. I said , it’s suppose to be $279, not $340. He tells me they don’t honor online prices. I said, so if I go to my car, pull it up on their website and do a pick up order, then the price is honored? He says, yes, but you’ll have to wait 3 hours. I said why are you giving me such a hard time?I left calmly and said, have a good day. Now you can put all my items I was going to buy back where they belong. I will NEVER return to this store.**update: I called the store manager and she was extremely professional and validated my complaint. Yes, the price was suppose to be matched. I appreciate her listening to my concerns!!

Was greeted by one of the rudest sales person I have ever engaged with. Her name was Parker, made me feel completely unwelcome. I Had my five year old with me and she wouldn't cut my fabric unless he wasn't standing at the table next to me. If he tried to stand next to me she would stop what she was doing and tell him to move back. Not sure where she wanted him to go. He is 5! It's not appropriate for him to wander around the store.

Wish I could give no stars - Fabric cutter was extremely rude and was put out when I asked a simple question. Store is cluttered and dirty - needs to be closed down. No one there to help you on either level.

Big shout out to Ashley! She was a HUGE help today and went above and beyond to assist my mom and I, including giving us recommendations of places to find what we couldn’t find there and running out to our car to give us our book we forgot at checkout! Thank you Ashley, great customer service.

I like the store for specific holiday stuff. Staff is always kind and helpful, bathrooms are clean. What bothers me is how cluttered the aisles are; you have to navigate around them and also, there seems to be a lot of empty areas as far as items. I would also like to suggest that they clean the area (floor) when you walk in and grab a basket. A good sweeping would do that basket area good, maybe even mop the floor.
