Self checkout lady with short hair and glasses was absolutely rude. Huffing and puffing and was being very condescending. Absolutely no customer service there. It took me almost 45 minutes to even get cuts of deli meat here. Fruit was disgusting and moldy. This is the WORST kroger I have been too.

Of all Kroger's in Michigan; I hate this location. When your own people treat you so differently and misjudge you it's a disgusting thing, and you see how they treat others. They only have one lane open, and the other one's are self check out; it's like they try to set you up. Even when you scan the big items first they still come over and ask did you ring the items up, like your stealing. Smh, and now I see why this location is pitiful looking.

The condition of your this store is unacceptable. While the employees are polite and helpful, the quality of the products and the overall state of the store are appalling.
This store needs a complete overhaul—nothing short of a "wreck and rebuild" will fix it.
It’s time for Kroger to step up and deliver the quality and experience this community deserves.

Buyer beware! This location will have signage over products that say one thing but when you get to the register they charge full price.
My wife and I shopped on 1/13/2025, they had a sign - 2 for $5.00 for Kroger brand and Smithfield Brats, we bought 2 of each, I took pictures of both signs “just in case”.
When we checked out the clerk rang them up at full price. We told her the items are 2 for $5.00, so customer service went and checked and came back saying “there mis-marked, give it to them at that price”. Sorry Krogers, your people are the ones that stock the shelves, place signage over the products, etc., if the employee doesn’t know what they are doing then it’s managements fault.
How many customers does Kroger rip off by this tactic and how many customers don’t pay attention when checking out? I think the “house” is the winner here.

This place is by far the dirtiest kroger I've ever been in. The floors and shelves were disgusting, and the employees were rude, negligent, and inconsiderate. Whomever is running this place has no pride in their work. I wouldn't go there again if the groceries were free. Only two stars instead of one because they had what my usual kroger was out of, now I know why.

This particular location doesn’t accept temporary ids. If you have an expired license with your temporary license attached from the MI SOS KIOSK … so don’t waste your time

Self checkout machines problematic, require assistance. Staff at self-check are not pleasant. Rude and have attitudes 80% of time. Very frustrating when trying to get a few items.

We used to just go here because it was close . After 4 employees went out of their way to be especially nice to us, we will be going here because we like it best. Kind employees can make all the difference in weekly grocery runs!
