I usually get good service at this location, however I called to order chicken for an event but couldn’t; the deli department never answered the phone. Customer service tried to transfer me, no luck. I called after the lunch rush but I guess that didn’t matter!

There are no checkout lane workers at all at this store and they don’t sell real bakery bread. It is all enriched flour fake bread.

Produce employees are very scary and offensive. Don’t even attempt to ask for help or god forbid touch their cart which is usually blocking your way. Management was notified. Not the first time

Jus went to this krogers about an hour ago, the older lady at the self checkout is a racist . Soon as i came over to scan my things she moved closer and stood behind me as if i was gonna steal and it was other folks scanning there things as well so y was she behind me ? Smh poor customer service, im never coming back again

The manager and customer service attitude is extremely bad.
This has got to be one of the worst Krogers around, and that’s a low bar. It’s clear that the store is managed on the principle of having as few employees as possible. There are often long lines for checkout. The bottle return machines break constantly and it takes forever for someone to fix it.
It’s too small so the selection is worse than other nearby stores.
If this wasn’t the closest location to my house I’d never go to this store. As it is I generally avoid it.

Dominantly unhappy/rude employees, the store is dirty with a bad sent and poorly replenished shelves. Worst Kroger in a 20 mile radius. They are trying to be the new 13 mile/Woodward location that was demolished due to poor property maintenance.

This store is great! I especially love Kenondra!! She is the customer service representative at the store and she is amazing. Super friendly, very understanding, and overall just an amazing fit for the role. My experience has definitely encouraged me to come to this store opposed to the one down the street from my house☺️

Edit: i shop here 3 times a week. The person helping me at the self checkout was not helpful. I bought alcohol and she never took the security latch off. After checking out and standing at the self check out for over 5 minutes, she came to me and said... "What do u want me to do? It says that you're checkd out! I simply pointed at the device and said "I've been patiently waiting for you to take this off. She yelled at me that she helped 5 other customers while I waited. She removed it and I walked away telling her that I would post this.

The bottle return machines break constantly and it takes forever for someone to fix it.It’s too small so the selection is worse than other nearby stores.The one positive is that they have some decent liquor “manager’s pick” stuff in a special cabinet and it sells at state minimum. That said, due to the staff shortages it has never taken me less than 20 minutes to get someone to unlock the special cabinet.If this wasn’t the closest location to my house I’d never go to this store. As it is I generally avoid it.

update Jan 2024. I hate this store with a passion. So many times basic things are missing. A whole chicken, not there, heavy cream, they're all out. Daisy Sour cream - gone. There is a huge party of the store for takeout and such, hot foods, etc. But the section for real food is so small....This store is hit hard. Many times when you go the shelves are empty.
