They removed the cart returns several months ago and it was all downhill from there. Half the parking spaces are full of abandon carts. The produce is consistently limp and soggy. Can't even buy iceberg here! Every canned good is dustier than my granny's ashes.Giving two stars only because of the occasional blueberry deal.

Always a line. Rarely cashiers to check out. Produce has been lacking in quality lately. Cannot just run in and expect to grab anything for a quick purchase.

Do everyone a favor and close this debacle and embarrassment!! This is by far the worst run and managed Kroger I have ever seen.No one wants to work there and they always have expired food. Close this or do yourself a favor and go across the street to Plum!

If I could leave negative stars, I would! This is the third time I've been to the store I will never go back. There was a 20 person line just to check out. So you grocery shop and then have to wait for 30 minutes just to check out and pay. They have one cashier open and only two self checkouts. It makes no sense! Do not shop here.

Management here is lacking; senior employees and managers should know the federal/state laws for service dogs. please don't question my dogs training and specifics for medical/health related need to seizures. He has attended my side for numerous trips to this Kroger and the other Krogers in the area

Rude workers. Long line - only one checkout line was open and they wouldn't allow me to do self check out. Manager was rude too. Shelves are bare. Absolutely NO reason to step inside this Kroger location. There are so many other stores to choose from. I will never return.

Well, I'm done with this store. From getting slow service at the seafood counter, asking me (I'm 60)to take off my mask instead of asking for ID (before vaccine were available) because I was buying wine, getting yelled at by a cashier when I handed her my Kroger card and my hand went to far past the plastic shield for her taste and so proceeded to yell, get your hand back behind the shield and "Geezus" at me. Well today I was checking out and a gentleman before me started putting his groceries on the conveyor belt. There were a couple of products that weren't moving because they were stuck on the metal part before the conveyor belt, so I pushed them forward and the cashier yells and says don't touch those. She thought I was shoving his stuff forward so I could put my groceries on the belt. I explained to her that a couple products were stuck and I was helping them along. Instead of saying oh or I'm sorry, she doubled down, so I told her she was being rude. When I got up to the counter she walk away and another cashier came over to ring my groceries. I'm going to do my shopping at Plum from now on. Plum is more expensive, but they give much better customer service.

This store seems to be slowly headed for closure. Stocks have declined dramatically in recent weeks, with some sections half-empty. Employees avoid eye contact and try to leave if they sense a customer approaching with a question. No cashiers on duty - customers are shunted to the self-checkout, which itself is very often only about a third operational, and even then often fails to complete a transaction; with no employees monitoring the area, there's no recourse but to leave empty-handed. Used to be a good store, but I expect a replacement soon.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Unique/ specialty items due to its location. Prefer this store to others which are actually closer to home.

The employees refused my electronic gift card. I will never shop a Kroger again.

The bathroom looked like someone's basement after a flood; Literally pools of liquid on the floor.

Sadly this store isn't doing their best during Covid19. I did a self checkout and the lady working that area was rude and disrespectful to an elderly lady next to me. She was sarcastic and pause doff she had to work. No manager in site and no one cared to help out. Other stores take pride in their efforts and we should support those - not this Kroger.

I went to the Kroger on Maple and Lahser for a bottle of wine. I am 62 years old and have a compromised immune system. I am.considered high risk for covid-19. As a result I wear a mask and gloves. I supplied my ID. The manager of the store refused to sell me the wine if I did not remove my mask. I pointed out I did not want to risk it, I look over 21 and I showed my ID. They were extremely rude and clearly show no respect for aged customers at risk.
