Once again, Mark and Gary came through in a big way. One day my car is fine, the next day I started it up, it started sputtering and multiple engine lights came on. I almost wanted to cry. I was nervous taking my child to school that morning.
As soon as I got back, I called Bloomfield Marathon. Gary told me to bring it in around lunch time. I dropped it off, nervously waiting for the phone call. 30 min later, Mark calls and tells me what’s wrong. It was several items compounded together by the cold weather. I thought, this will take days to fix as my car is already 12 yrs old (so parts are not readily available).
Mark said, I can have it done late afternoon. I was shocked. I trust him enough that there is no need to call around anymore. The work is high quality and the prices ALWAYS beat the dealer. I agreed and 3 hrs later (2 hrs faster than I thought) my car was ready. I was back on the road in enough time to pick up my daughter from school. I was so happy.
Mark/Gary, thank you for everything.

Our Lincoln TownCar had air conditioning issues over the years. We have been to 3 garages trying to get it fixed but without any success. Our friends recommended Mark at Bloomfield TWP Marathon to fix it. We went and we couldn't be happier by the service we received. Finally our car's air conditioning was fixed. And the charge was reasonable. Thanks Mark.
Highly recommend this shop and will come back if we have issues with our cars in the future.

I'm on a first name basis with Justin, the owner, and Ray who works afternoons. Friendly service by them and all the other attendants. Absolutely no complaints.

Great Service at Fair Prices
I recently returned to Michigan after a few years living out of state. Upon my return my Lincoln MKZ required some maintenance.
I had previously received excellent service from
Mark’s team at Bloomfield Marathon and returned there.
The Bloomfield Marathon team found that I had a broken exhaust hangar bracket. I also needed an A/C recharge.
Both items were completed in just a few hours at a Fair Price.
My wife and I will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Bloomfield Marathon.

Me and my family have been taking our cars to Mark up at Marathon for years. They do an amazing job. I just recently needed work done on my Jeep that was approaching 100k miles. After I got it back the car is running like it is brand new. He’s helped my Mom’s car out several times and it’s passed 200k miles and run smooth (I borrowed it when mine was with Mark). If you are in need of someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to help your car troubles, this is your guy. Thank you guys.

Bloomfield Marathon is the only place we take our vehicles for service & maintenance. We trust their service team, who have kept my families vehicles running the best for decades. The communication is timely and thorough, making sure we understand what needs to be done. Mark, is an exceptional Manager & Mechanic. Gary, is also exceptional with his background and knowledge of vehicles. We are lucky to have them in our neighborhood.
