Been coming here since they opened. They have a great service. Bought upper cabinets hung on the wall. A few weeks went by and they fell off the wall. Found out they only put short Staples on to hold to the wall. Stopped in and spoke to betsy she gave me a card with the email address of the general manager and asked that I send pictures and she would follow up with me to let me know what the manufacturer and Steven the manager said. Heard nothing from anybody. Be careful buying cabinets from them

Helpful personnel at this store. And I like that Menards doesn’t blare this insufferable moronic hip-hop over its speakers, I really enjoy when someone is playing the piano upstairs. 👍

Absolutely archaic lumber yard return system!
I was trying to return some lumber, first you got to go inside to get a pink hand written copy of the return items, second someone from the store walks out to my truck to check for an accuracy and to verify the claimed return is correct, third you drive to the lumber yard and take items to where they came from (no help), fourth you get your pink copy punched by the gate guard, fifth you go back in the store to get actual refund!!!

In the Midwest Xmas decorations should not be on display before the Ice melt.
The application showed product in stock and shelf location but was told it won't be out until November sometime.

Had a problem with a damaged vanity, Steven had a terrible attitude. Got the Manager Melissa who lacks common sense. Asked for General Manager AJ to call me, he refuses to call me back and is apparently never at the store when I call. Will take my business down the road. What a joke of a store. DO BETTER OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL!

Drew deserves a raise! I went in tonight an hour before close looking for a boot dryer. My son left his work boots in the rain. They had 2 in stock but I was told I would have to order it online because it was seasonal and on a palate somewhere. I went looking for a back up plan and I explained to a man on the floor the situation. He looked it up for me, got out a forklift to try and find it. He had to go to another area, but ended up finding the item I needed. Drew is an amazing guy! Best customer service!
