Bought a Lamborghini here for almost 300k, fully serviced and with a warranty. After the second time driving while putting the car in the garage at 5 km/h , the wheel center cap fell off, causing me to run over it. Penske confidently told me they wouldn't cover the cost and that I could go to a Lamborghini dealer myself and fix it. No words, but bizarre.

Had nothing but trouble since I bought my Toyota tundra 2024 model Limited. The first one I haven’t been able to get my keys for nine months. I finally got them last week, 3-24. Second I had or they put automatic running boards on the limited 2024 tundra model, and I open the door and they obviously the automatic run board didn’t come down and I fell the truck and busted my knee. And I’ve owned four different trucks that have the automatic run boards over the last 20 years, and I’ve never had a problem with it. They were all Fords. Then when I had Round Rock Toyota come and pick my tundra up, they sent some goofy guy, they kept asking me why the cereal’s number didn’t match up to my truck and I didn’t have my truck in the system. The idiot was looking at his rental truck that he brought me and that serial number, not my truck and my serial number. Then I looked at the truck yesterday, Monday. I’m sorry Tuesday for 4-1 and I had a crack in the windshield. You could see where it hit under on the outside underwear the windshield, is hot as darkly tinted, I guarantee you the guy that brought it come, picked it up or the guy that brought it to me hit it over on I 35 in Austin. I’m still trying to get with the Two audit to have them replaced the windshield and also this morning the steps didn’t come down again the automatic ones. They put aftermarket amps on there and never told me that they were aftermarkets. When I negotiated the Steele back in July 2024, I literally was such a dealership all day. Now I’ve had all these problems, and the general manager and the service manager don’t even return my calls. I have called the corporate office for Penske, I would not buy one single thing from Round Rock Toyota, and or a Toyota Toyota again. I give it one star if I could give it a zero star I would.

My experience is explained in detail ar The Palm Beach Toyota location in Florida. I stand by what I said and Shelby Bigelow replied as per company guidelines. Not by the truth wich is that my car had no noise before your mechanics destroyed it.

Recently, I had a great experience working with Andrew Gontaruk at Penske Automotive dealership. A few months ago, he helped my wife find the perfect X6, and just recently assisted me in acquiring an X5. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and made both experiences seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend him and he will definitely be my go-to person for any future BMW purchases. Can’t recommend him enough!

This organization does NOT value their employees or their customers! They took advantage of a very naive female employee who was trying to but her first car and sold her a lemon and a car that isn’t worth the amount they charged her and now has potentially ruined her life for YEARS to come! Shame on you! Then to have her boss tell her she could be terminated if she filed a complaint is just another blow! She no longer works for such a despicable company and will no longer be able to BULLY or discriminate her! She deserved better and still does! Shame on you Penske! Greedy and taking all you can from not only a customer but employee!

I had a wonderful experience at Penske BMW today with Sabrina Rolle. I’ve been a client of hers for many years, this is my fourth car. I only work with Sabrina and highly recommend her to help you when looking for a BMW. Also Chris Furman the finance manager was also wonderful to work. Have never had a bad experience and will continue to be a client.
