Perfect trading Co. is the absolute best! They are fast, friendly, and everything always looks fantastic! If you’re lucky, the owners dog is there, and she always greets you with a smile and wagging tail! I will definitely always be coming back here for all of my future projects!

I have been a customer for YEARS, regularly when my kids were in middle school as it is a paradise for birthday gifts for that age range. Now I use their embroidery and vinyl services for my small business and I am always pleased with the results.

Never responded back to my email order request despite speaking to them twice over the phone. Maybe they didn’t like my print designs. Unprofessional !!!
I noticed a tone of hesitation when I called to check if they received my email with the order request and designs.
If you are Pro- Palestine, don’t go here!
They have an issue printing Pro-Palestinian sweatshirts.
I used to shop here a lot but never again!

They were very discriminatory against me and my friend when we were there with our kids. While we were in line, ready to check out, the ladies at the desk/cash register were loudly speaking about how they can’t go to Israel right now because of the “war.” We did not speak anything of politics/religion we were just there for some T-shirts. They were not friendly at all when we were checking out and continued their conversation with each other as if we weren’t there. I wear hijab and they thought it was necessary to let me know that I am not welcome in their store. I was very disappointed to say the least.

I had a fantastic experience with Perfect Trading Co's embroidery service. We brought in eight Tommy Bahama silk button-up shirts for a bachelor party, and Brian exceeded our expectations. Not only was he incredibly fast, completing our order in just one day, but the quality of the embroidery was outstanding. The pricing was reasonable and fair for what was provided. The shirts turned out beautifully, and the designs are cute and eye-catching. They are sure to be a hit at the bachelor party. We are going on a deep-sea fishing charter in Florida, and will have eight guys all matching in these tropical shirts. I wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Trading Co, for anyone in need of embroidery services or looking to purchase items for custom embroidery.

This store does a decent job doing embroidery and personalized items, however, the customer service is horrible. I recently picked up a jacket i had embroidered, and they put the embroidery in the wrong spot. It was unfixable. I told the woman that waited on me that it was in the wrong place and her response was, “I have nothing to do with embroidery, go talk to (man’s name). I didn’t even get an apology. Also, their shop is a complete dump. Also, their shop is a complete dump. There’s piles of stuff everywhere. It’s a tripping and fire hazard. I don’t think I will be shopping there again based on the woman’s attitude and poor response . If this is how they treat everyone I don’t know how they stay in business.
