Avoid this PetsMart from a golden doodle grooming standpoint. We’ve had our dog for almost 2 years, we have taken them to other PetsMarts locations before, but this most recent time at Bloomfield Hills was the worst cut so far. Uneven cuts all throughout the body, matting in area such as the head, and it took 4 1/2 hours!

It’s really too bad Google doesn’t have negative stars. I would have happily given them.
I purchased a training package at PetSmart in Bloomfield Hills that included beginner training and two 1-hour private lessons. We completed the beginner portion with Grace. As I was getting ready to bring my dog to work one on one with Grace, my mother was diagnosed with cancer, and my priorities shifted entirely to caring for her. Sadly, I lost my mother earlier this year.
When I was finally ready to continue with the private lessons, I reached out to PetSmart and asked to have the trainer call me. No call. I texted her directly—still no response. I spoke to two different managers at the store, both of whom assured me they would follow up. Once again—nothing.
After everything, I’m shocked and disappointed by the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. Is this really how PetSmart in Bloomfield Hills treats their customers? Absolutely awful. I will never recommend this location. Worst customer service.

I wish I can give them 0 I don’t recommend to take your dog for grooming by Bo I explain to Bo how I want to be the hair cut he did a very very bad job he cut his all hair very sort all I’m seeing pink skin and his massed up his head hair very very sort his the worse groomer

Got the order and it was messed up. Cat food was cheaper version and charged for the expensive food.
