I used tap to pay at the pump and now my funds are being withheld for 4 days. The staff wouldn't help at all and once I called a corporate number they told me to contact my bank which I already did before calling Shell and then shell hung up immediately

Awful service... the guy was too worried about who he was talking to on the phone that he rung my bill up wrong & had the nerves to tell me it's too late & blamed me like I was given him a hard time. Not going back at all.
