This place fails as a gas station more often than not. In my years coming here (mostly because it’s the only close gas station), they will usually have 2 or more broken pumps, zero windshield cleaning buckets filled, and empty receipt printers. I’m surprised that Speedway hasn’t pulled the brand name from this franchisee yet after all the bad reviews. This isn’t just a case of bad employees (who have been super nice every time I’ve gone in for anything), this is a case of mismanagement and refusal to spend on things that make a gas station usable.

No bathroom after driving over 15 mins, this place has no bathroom!!!!! Poor and dirty place.

If you are a working professional used to stopping at a Speedway to gas up or buy drinks and snacks or use the restroom, don’t waste your time they don’t even let you use the bathroom. Not worth driving out of the way when you have an emergency just to be turned away!! Definitely no reason to buy anything at that point either.

Went to register and stood 4-5 minutes waiting on the guy at a computer next to the register. After the silent minutes, I simply asked if I was waiting on another employee (one standing out front smoking). Not rude but just thought he was signed in and not the guy next to register.
“You need to give me a minute”! This is what I’m told. I said “I gave you way more than a minute”. He throw what I needed onto counter. Rings up and heads to computer.
Could have been a normal human and said, just a minute have to finish up something. But Billy bad ass had to be rude. So weird.

Not all Speedways are created equally! Every Speedway that I have been to: is clean, and the staff is friendly. I never thought I'd see a store so unkept. They were short staffed, and the employee that was there was polite, but the store was very dirty. The condiment dispensers were out, and there was no sugar. Treat your staff better! You could see the frustration on the employee's face. He should not have been working alone. I hate to see companies do this. If you treat your employees better and pay them a liveable wage, they would want to come to work.

Workers are not nice. I walked in and greeted the employees. I loudly said good morning and I got nothing back. They look miserable. Don’t get a job in customer service if you can’t be pleasant.

They don't have any hot breakfast sandwiches, fresh donuts, not even a bag for customers. The lady at the register was pretty rude. She greeted everyone good morning, not me. I said good morning to her. Hey I don't mind, I am from NY. What offended me that she wanted to charge me again for coffee/ soda which I already paid 30 seconds ago. I just went back to buy lottery tickets. After I reminded her that I already paid for those she tells me her eyes are not open on Mondays

Ridiculous that they don't have fresh ice tea but blame it on being bought out bye 7 11 stores I went there last winter and they didn't have ice tea then either and 711 hadn't bought out speedway let so who is lieing to who
