I stopped by this store a couple weeks ago to ship a large rug and ceramic art pieces to NY. Jason was super helpful at suggesting the most economical way to ship each item and repacked the items so that they arrived in perfect condition. Excellent customer service! He clearly cares about doing the job right. Thank you.

Jason is always a delight to work with. He always has a smile on his face, is patient with each and every customer, and doesn’t hesitate to step in and help when he sees a customer struggling with the self-service machines. All companies should strive to mass produce a Jason.

I just want to mention that the team working here is amazing. they always have a great answer to our questions. they guide us on which is the best option for us. it's been several times where my kids or I would have to do specific printing for projects and they always provided a solution. even sometimes we don't have clarity on what we could do but we know that if we bring our challenge to Jason or any other colleague, they will come up with a way to help us.
