Don’t go here for any passport needs, ended up paying $400 for a passport all because these people don’t know their foot from their hand, it’s crazy that every single person I talked to regarding my passport gave me a different answer, EVERY SINGLE PERSON

2 of the employees (the middle aged gentleman and the Black young lady) are super nice and professional. The Indian guy though has a horrible attitude. He gives everyone an angry look and if he sees you twice oh dear god! He gets really annoyed and always asks a bunch of unnecessary questions. Like he sees Media Mail and asks is this a book? Which you have clearly packed a book in a BOOK SHIPPING BOX. He is the only reason I don’t there anymore. Besides, this office doesn’t have a self-service which could really speed up things. But it is clean and in a good area.

Horrible unfriendly personnel. No smiles, moving in replay slow motion , understaffed, answering back like you bother them if asking something. This is a general impression of most US Postal Offices I've been in the area. A DOGE introspection would not hurt. It shows on their attitude that they are entitled to get the money they get as Govnmt employees worry free of being laid off, no matter how unproductive and unfriendly they are.

I definitely would not recommend this post office if you’re in a hurry. Every time I’ve come in, it’s been a long wait. Today was close to 40 minutes :(

Would give zero stars if I could. Was in line my entire lunch break from work, only one person working and was telling people to leave their packages so he can ship them out before closing. My receiver never got their package and all the contents in my package were lost. I wonder how many more people lost their contents for leaving packages. There was at least 10 packages placed because no one had the time to wait hours in line. Never stopping by this usps again.

This is the best post office I’ve dealt with in a while! I had to go to three different post offices today because they were out of flat rate boxes and didn’t tell me to that I could buy any box and place the priority express label. Another place (goin postal) told me that there’s no guarantee that my package will get to the destination by Monday. A very very nice man of (I think) Indian decent helped me and he was very helpful. I was very stressed out after running around all morning already and he never got frustrated with me. Thank you so much for your help! Both of the postal workers there were very helpful and pleasant!

Slowest post office I have ever been to.
They even had internet access through dialup for one service in front of me. It’s 2024!!!!

I have never experienced such a rude employee from this post office!! . The one that handles the passports named LEA she wears glasses... she has got to be the most unkind rudest person I have ever met!!!! From what I read from other reviews I am not the only one who has complained about her.. Everyone else (besides her) working there are very nice! There was a little situation which she didn’t communicate professionally to me. I stepped outside to make a phone call to the immigration office to get it resolved. I came back five minutes later and she said “she can’t take me anymore because it’s her lunch and she is done for the day. I left work for this appt for her to tell me she cant take me was so unprofessional. She needs to be fired!!
