She is quick to respond to emails and was so accommodating and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The wedding itself was amazing from the cocktail hour to the ceremony to the reception! The bar staff was great and the venue looked incredible. I would recommend The Rust Belt over and over again and I hope to attend a wedding here in the future so I can be a guest.”

“We were privileged to host our daughter's 30th birthday party at Eleven11 last week. The venue was absolutely stunning. The staff was so professional from the beginning of planning stages to the very end of the evening of the party. All of our guests had a great time and absolutely loved the chandeliers, lighting and black chavari chairs. I could go on and on....The majority of my contact was with Teresa and she was always available for questions that came up during the time leading up to the day of the party. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a place for an event. 5-stars isn't enough!!”

They both were so quick to respond to any questions, willing to work with us on our vision and made the planning so seemless. The day of staff which included Nikki were amazing, kind, and helpful. Our personal waitress was so kind and she was ready to get us anything we needed or wanted. The venue is beautiful and the food was incredible! “Just attended a wedding shower at Longacre House and was highly impressed.The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, parking is easy. The natural light flowing through the windows was welcome and inviting.What blew me away was the attentiveness of their caterer. Normally I feel like an inconvenience to folks as I have a dairy and gluten sensitivity. She walked me to the buffet, explained that I could have all the sides as they were cooked in olive oil, not butter, and made me a special main course as the buffet main course had gluten and dairy. All of this information was offered freely without my inquiry (other than the host notifying them of my needs). Everything was delicious and my tummy is happy too! I felt so welcomed and appreciated.Thank you ❤️”

“Great place with excellent customer service I booked a visit for my two sons and god son and that day traffic was so bad it put us well behind our scheduled reservation time but the young lady who works there was so nice and understanding and allowed us to keep our reservation even though we were the last to show she still remained patient with my children helping them with there controls and game selection due to them being first timers made it a really special birthday for my youngest”
“I’ve always had a great experience with Blumz. The plant I ordered was beautiful and truly loved by the recipient. I will say, this time the delivery person was not that pleasant. They seemed very frustrated and were very direct when I received their call at work. It will not stop me from coming back to Blumz as I just took it the person was having a bad day and we all do. Just a little more politeness would be much appreciated from your Southfield location. I normally work directly through your Ferndale location.”

“What you'd expect, locals. Friendly people and service. Don't park there if you aren't a member they will yow your car. Good prices. Shuffleboard, darts, kareoke, trivia nights. Rent for parties. They organize events. Do charity events, and support the local area. Great organization. Interior could use a little sprucing up, but kinda goes with the feel you'd expect.”

“This is my VFW post, so take this for what you will.I switched to this post, because the post closer to my house was more concerned with political issues and the fact that I from a liberal state originally. The Royal Oak Post 1669 is an All American post, meaning we met certain milestones for community engagement and charitable donations. We are concerned with the welfare of our veteran community and their families. If you know a veteran who is need of something, we can likely help or at least know where to go for help. Our members are community leaders, leading community and health researchers, and your neighbors.We also have one of the only VFW canteens (bars) in the area that is open every night until 2 AM. Unlike other posts, I came to this post for the inclusive and the true family feel. Politics are not regularly discussed and anyone espousing any type of hate will be promptly removed. Pool leagues on Mondays and VFW meetings on the 1st Tuesday of the month.”
“My wife and I used this venue for our baby shower. It was great. They discussed everything expected of us prior to renting the hall. They gave us extra time so that we could set up prior to the event. After the even was over, we cleaned up after ourselves and completed what they asked of us. Our refund was returned and our experience was awesome. For the time we reserved the price was great. I would definitely use them again.”
