Again another look at my ORECk and its unrepeatable which is no surprise to me they recycled it free. Today I’m going back to buy a NEW ORECK not going anywhere else. THIS IS OUTSTANDING SERVHCE and I want to support local biz therefore NO Amazon today. It’s BANKS VACUUM! This is all a complete truth!”

I contacted U.S. Appliance by phone and my problem was solved immediately: the manufacturer is sending the parts post haste via Fed Ex. Reasonably priced. Easy to find and park. Ended up buying from them. Let's hope delivery really is under 2 weeks. Also, it's not a terribly scented store, which I appreciate due to asthma. Was unable to get me an appliance that did not come with scented advertising product. That reflects poorly on the manufacturers, though, not the store.”
“Bought the house brand Patriot 120 thousand BTU fryer. It came with a loose pipe and was leaking gas (and fire) every once in a while. Called the store 10 days after I bought it, they gave me the number to call for service. I did that on a Wednesday. On Friday they shipped me a new fryer with no hassle of sending old fryer anywhere. Remarkable. Fryer has been working great ever since.”

She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient through the design and selection process. Rented a hedge trimmer, a drain snake/cleaner, and a carpet cleaner and each time I had attentive service and the equipment was in great shape. Southfield Home Depot is my favorite even though I also go to the one in Troy. Easy and convenient for me.”

“I bought two big potted inpatients for my very shaded porch and one is not doing well compared to the other. Both were watered on Friday and today, one is very wilty looking. The price was so much cheaper than English Gardens which thr same planter was priced at $52.99 So of course, Home Depot was way less expensive at $18.99. However, if one plant dies, well them it won't be quite as inexpensive.”

“Sales associate William Hed was phenomenal with assisting us during an extremely stressful build. My supervisor honestly thought he was a manager with how efficient he was. They were surprised to find out he was just a sales associate. It looks like Home Depot needs to reevaluate William for a potential promotion. I'd hate to think Home Depot is stifling individuals with management potential in entry level positions.”
